His personality and work ethic he demonstrated made me feel relaxed and patient. Alex reduced my anxiety from 1000 to 0. Technician Alex, introduced himself within minutes of my arrival at the T booth Wireless storefront and Alex remained attentive to my questions.He acted in a professional manner and not once did he deviate from this.Alex was polite, courteous and kind. He had excellent communication skills as stated above and was very knowledgeable, with supreme patience never loosing his calm nature.Technician Alex was able to decrease my anxiety an increased my ability to accept and understand the working of my devices and services with Apple. I now feel empowered and am very happy that my Apple Technician Alex, who represented Apple with the utmost dignity, intelligence and his pride of employment demonstrated.
