I would like to thank Annie for helping me out today. She went above and beyond to help me with everything regarding my immigration forms required from the bank. I would have given 5 stars for her, however, I feel that the bank should keep templates for this and help other customers in the future. However, Annie is a star and I felt very happy when I left the bank. Thank you so much

That one star is for its convenient location, otherwise I will rate it ‘0’ if I can. VERY LONG WAITING TIME. AVOID THIS LOCATION. I feel sorry for those seniors who have to wait for such a long time. *BMO digital care team*, pls escalate it to your regional upper management team. Don’t bother to forward it to local branch manager, because I did talk to her, and I will definitely close my accounts after talking to her. Thanks.

Took an hour for a guy to count coins that were pre-organized for him. He couldn't tell the difference between a 2 dollar coin and a 1 dollar coin. He thought dimes were pennies and nickels were pennies. Even though we don't have pennies in Canada. The incompetency was mesmerizing.

I came in person a few days ago to book a time for an appointment because I wanted to open a new account. I purposefully took time off work so I could make it, and when I got there, I found out that the person has double booked the same time slot. Even more shocking, she didn't even remember booking me nor the other customer, despite the other customer showing her call log, with a recent call from the banker. What's worse, after turning us away, she did not apologize at all, and just retreated into her office.I'd recommend visiting another branch for service, I feel that the organization of appointments and general customer service is lacking at this one.

Yesterday I had the worst experience with BMO. I had appointment with Vicky Ti, she had very rude behaviour towards me and my husband. She came to meet us first thing she said what can I do for you? Without introducing her self, no smile or any greeting words. We have joined account, she asked me picture ID, I have no picture ID. I am renewing my license and MSP cards. My husband offered his Picture ID she refused it. Then she refused to continue with us. Referred us to another person. We waisted so much time in the bank. It was very negative experience. Since I entered into the bank, there was no front desk person, we stood there long enough before someone was passing by and asked us if we have appointment. The new hires need to learn how to deal with the clients professionally and practice some nice customer service skills.

Extreme slow service. Only two tellers working at max. Average waiting time is 40mins. Avoid this branch.

There are approximately 20 people lining up waiting for service, while only 2 agents working. Also, the average processing time for each customer is about 15 min higher than the TD bank nearby. So I guess the employees are coasting while working, which end up with 1-hour waiting time. Now I see why this branch scored 1.9/5.

Horrible experience here! A middle aged woman who with short hair and glasses, speak fluently chinese(but I don’t think she comes from mainland China). She was so mean with horrible service, I have no idea how dare she are, customer service means nothing to her. She treated different face between different kind of people, I saw her helpful with a local lady, and terrible attitude with asian people. I‘ll file a complaint really formal to BMO service center, also I‘ll get her name at this time, she have to pay the price with her racism and attitude. Do not come to this BMO location, unless you want to get a bad mood today.

Wait 50mins to get service. Won’t come here again. Next time wait so long like this time in BMO I’ll close all my accounts and go to other banks.

Great customer service from the moment I stepped into the branch. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and immediately informed that I arrived for the appointment. I met with Claire to open a new performance bank account and apply for a line of credit. Claire is professional, friendly, and very efficient. She explained all the details perfectly. Amazing customer service. Thank you, Claire!
