They came through with my two flat tires

I bought brand new tires, 1 popped in 3 months and we ended up finding a full-size screwdriver. The tire popped on the side wall and there's no way a screwdriver would jam itself inside from the side. I called these guys up to tell them that we found a screwdriver in the tire and they just denied denied denied. Accept responsibility that you guys accidentally dropped a screwdriver in the tire while installing them. Won't be coming back.

Competitive price and great service. I checked the price in nearby stores and found best deal in Steeles Tireland. Installation took 20-25 minutes and I am satisfied with the balancing done. Highly recommend.

I would give this a zero if I could. I didn’t even get to go to this place yet, based off the interaction that I had this morning on the phone with a gentleman them asking about how it works. I was inquiring if I have to make an appointment or is it just walkins and in a very rude manners and tone he stated it’s walkins but there’s a three hour wait. So I said since you guys close at 6:30 PM, is that a cut off time will you be closing early and in a very disrespectful to him he said “ why would we do that, why would we close early? We close at 6:30pm” there is a tone and respectful way to speak to someone and that was not it. I will not be recommending this place to anybody and do not feel comfortable bringing my car here if this is the type of customer service I get over the phone. can you imagine being there in person and hearing this abruptly, disrespectful tone and then having to trust that person to put tires on your car. If you were angry, don’t take it out on customers go home if you don’t wanna be there. I don’t answer the phone, If you don’t wanna talk to someone.Extremely unsatisfied based on that customer service that I had. I had this phone call on speaker and the people around me was asking why he was so rude and I told them the place and not to go there

Bad service. Staring from both guys. The guy on phone has attitude problem. Unprofessional. During busy times no parking and bad coordination. Their tires are no good. Both liers. They claim they been running this business for many years...yes many years of rude incompetent. Don't waste your time or money
