First time to the store the products and collection was good. We were having a great experience until it was spoiled by one un-honest sales rep. We purchased products over $1100 and we were not confirmed any price even after asking multiple times. Most of the products had prices on and were discounted but not seeing the amount until payment is done is an issue, especially when you have a no refund policy. I highly recommend coaching and training for this sales lady as she quoted prices and when we confirmed after purchase she completely became hostile. Letting the customer know the miscommunication is from their end is not the way to go, especially when someone is spending decent amount of money at the store. As I said our experience would have been amazing had this sales lady not spoiled it. The other crew member are amazing, friendly. Hopefully this is taken as a coaching opportunity from the owners and our next visit might be pleasant. Lastly pls face a monitor to the customer or confirm all pricing prior to completing the sale as you have a no refund policy and it is not fair when we get charged incorrectly for something.*** updated. Spoke with the store owner and she was super professional and has taken the feedback to improve customer service seriously. Super happy to say they strive to make their operations better. With this opportunity I must say I am satisfied with my purchase. Thank you to the store owner once again.

Horrible service. Period. They don’t have any professional service nor do they care about the walk in customers who come all the way from a different city altogether. Horrible customer care representative on the phone who misled us to come all the way from Scarborough only to find some limited, inelegant designs with blatant prices. The lady in spectacles was especially disengaging and aloof. Most reviews are either paid or influenced by personal relationships I believe. A simply, plain, see through kurti with lining is being sold on discount for $70-$80, which they probably buy for PKR 3000-4000.Good luck guys.

Drove down from Montreal to find outfits - 20 minutes in the store and not a single person even bothered saying hi. Made eye contact a few times with staff members to only have them look away with attitude. My sister came in and I decided it’s better to go somewhere else and was vocal about it. Only then did a girl offer to help but I was done at that point. I will say they carry a decent collection but finding sizes was challenging.

After a long day of wedding shopping with my mom, Dhaagay was our last stop. I was pleasantly surprised with the wide selection of formal outfits, luxury pret, and jewellery. They also have two changing rooms as well as a seating area at the back. Sufya was so helpful and worked really hard to find two beautiful outfits for my mom. I assumed this would be a task because she requires a larger size, but Dhaagay carries a decent amount of LG/XL sizes. Sufya also found two formal outfits for me. I am a little picky because I prefer maxi or A-line styles, but she has a good eye and found exactly what I was looking for.Everyone working here was pleasant to deal with and patient, from the manager to the other sales associates. The only suggestion I have is to build an additional change room as the place was quite busy when we visited, and it takes time to try on formal outfits. Even so, I will gladly return here for any occasion. Thank you so much, Sufya and Dhaagay.

Solid collection of Pakistani clothes with decent prices and friendly customer service. Not the best for ready-made bridal and grooms clothes however.

I had the chance to work with Alishba on creating my perfect wedding (Baraat) dress and she worked really hard to make my vision come alive. She was really professional and was able to answer any questions I had about the dress at any time. I got to choose the colours I wanted, and was able to receive a swatch patch of my dress to see if the colour was what I wanted which I really appreciated. She kept me updated on my dress by sending me pictures of the tailors working on it, leaving me stress free on the dress. My dress came in on time and everything about it was perfect. It did not need any further alterations at all which is soo ideal for a bride. I cannot thank Alishba enough and would recommend Dhaagay for any future bride who is looking for a custom dress. They exceeded my expectations and it was such a stress free process.

I took a chance and dropped in at the store yesterday. Met Samra. She was amazingly helpful and patient. The store has a wide array of ready to wear clothes. I personally like mix and match looks and was able to get some beautiful combinations. I got some gorgeous pieces and tried them out to see how they looked. So very, very pleased with my experience !!!! I will definitely be back (I live downtown). It was absolutely worth it !!!

I recently visited Dhagay store in Mississauga, a Pakistani ladies fashion garment store, and I was extremely impressed. The store had a wide variety of clothing options, including traditional Pakistani dresses, modern fusion wear, and a wide variety of formal and casual wear. The clothing was beautifully made and of high quality.The staff was very helpful and especially the owner ..they helped me to find exactly what I was looking for, and provided me with great recommendations. They were very patient and took their time to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.The prices were also very reasonable and competitive with other clothing stores in the area. I was able to find a beautiful outfit at a great price.Overall, I had a great experience at Dhagay store and I will definitely be returning for all of my Pakistani ladies fashion needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality Pakistani clothing and great customer service.

What can I say about this place!! Simply amazing. The customer service, the suggestions, the jewelry, clothing everything is on point. The moment you walk in the store you are greeted and then helped through out. Alishba is an amazing individual who knows how to cater her customers need on individuality basis. Sarah the associate was helpful. Overall an awesome experience. Definitely a 5 star for these ladies!!!

Sara was so helpful with finding the perfect nikkah dress! She was so attentive with our requests and provided time and assistance so we were completely satisfied. She honestly went above and beyond to assist us and has such a lovely kind vibe. She is so funny as well! Loved working with her!
