The PQ Program offered by Marielle was a very valuable re-setting of my approach to my work throughout my day. I felt more positive energy as I approached my challenges. The built-in structure, mobile app and simple instructions made it easy to change my personal practices. The program also had depth with weekly instruction sessions and a peer group that met my desire to learn in a group. Marielle is an joyful facilitator who is skilled at keeping you on track and asking you questions without judgement!

Marielle and Kathleen were very welcoming and provided some really useful information and strategies. There was lots of time for discussion and sharing, and I appreciated that this course put some important planning and reflection on the front burner for me. They also made sure to follow up after the course, which provided some accountability for actually putting the ideas into practice. I would recommend this course to anyone new to managing employees, or managers who have never had any formal professional development in this area.

We’ve taken several courses with Redworks now. We are impressed by the quality of the material and the interactive approach used. Our team took the Employee Engagement and Motivation program and followed up with a customer service program. Both were very helpful for our managers.
