Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've used Enterprise many times. The service is fairly quick. My only complaint is there's no winter tires. I understand that would be costly to do for a huge fleet of vehicles twice a year so I drive extra careful.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this location. I was able to make arrangements in a short period of time, they always have a good selection, and the rentals have all been in good/clean condition. Customer service is good - V is amazing!

So with my last rental when I returned the car I forgot to refuel ( which I have always done as their refuelling rates have always been high) compared to market rates. They were well aware that I always refuelled. However they charged me 2:75 per litre compared to 1:70 / 1.73 ish per litre (gas rate at the time.) I wrote to complain and even spoke on the phone with them but they gave me generic answers as to why.All they said was that I could have refuelled myself or prepaid for fuel. Their prepaid rates are also high compared to the market rates. And they did not seem to care that I forgot to refuel especially looking back at my history.I found this a cheap tactic to make money! OK maybe charge a five dollar fee for refuelling but not so much per litre!!!!!Guys be aware of this when renting because during these times no one has extra money.

Had a wonderful experience with Enterprise from start to finish. Big shout out to Sue for picking me up from Boyd, clearly explaining the paper work involved in my rental all while doing so in a very nice and professional way. Very happy with my experience here with enterprise team.

There was an incident which was totally not withen the control of the local Enterprise and I was totally disappointed with what had happened. The customer service dept reached out to me and have totally went above and beyond what I have ever seen for any rental dealership in the past 20 years. Everything was overbooked last week and I could not get the vehicle I had booked and the vehicle I received had some issues. Well today they called and actually showed concern for what had happened and they took care of me and my family and our rental needs. I was totally surprised when they gave me a new rental for today and they refunded the monies I had spent on renting the luxury SUV last week. However I am very impressed as to what they have done to correct this and would highly recommend not only this branch but enterprise as my preferred rental company. This was quite a shock as most companies do not have the time to deal with issue lately. Again thanks for the great customer service and going above and beyond what I ever expected from Enterprise

Have confrimed with people from the body shop and this car rental company that the expenses would be covered by MPI, but after returned the car they asked me to pay all rental expenses. Besides, the length of renting should be 8 days but they charged me 13 days. Feeling disappointed.

I rented keep from them . I had good experience overall. I had good customer service experience with Varinder.

Great counter customer service.Ben ,the manager, is the best a company could have.Always pleasant ,smiling and very respectful.Our only destination, when renting a vehicle.Keep up the great work.

Rented different cars in the course of a year, mostly dealt with Ben at the McPhillips location, and have never had an issue. One of the cars (Mitsubishi Eclilse) had issues, but they were understanding and accomodating and dealt with it the same day. I would recommend this location to a friend.
