I've been coming here for over 10 years and it's the only place I will trust and go to. The girls are just amazing and they've become like family. This is hands down the best nail salon in town!!!!! If you head in there, you won't regret it!!!!!!

Clean, inexpensive place to get a manicure and pedicure!! I've been going here for years. You don't have to have an appointment, but if you're going with a friend or want a specific manicurist, then I would suggest you pre-book.

Go see Anna! She’s amazing :) she did my daughters nails for prom and they are perfect!!

WARNINGI asked if they could please redo my nails because they were very far from the cuticle, and looked as if they’d already grown out. This really upset the owner, and she told me they would not able to do it today. So I asked about the next day, or even a removal and refund. Once she realized I was serious, she told me to come back later in the evening... when I returned I was with my brother, who noticed that all of the ladies were staring & talking about me. Each one made a point of coming over to look at the nails, and made sure to tell me how Good they looked. (even my 16 year old brother said they shouldn’t have let me leave looking so bad) the ladies began to talk back and forth to one another in another language, clearly about me. Neither times did the woman doing my nails bother to speak or acknowledge I had been speaking to her (although she could answer the other employees)About 1 week after I had the nails done they devoloped a brown tint to them (the nails are green so it was easy to spot)A bacteria had begun to grow because they had done an extremely poor job repainting them over top of the job they had previously done.I seriously DO NOT recommend this place! My mom was a regular up until this, it left a really nasty taste in our mouths.

I got a manicure. The colors turn out very well, the manicurist was gentle and friendly, the atmosphere was light and happy. I will definitely go again!

I always have a pleasant experience at Kathy’s Nails. Jenny has been doing my nails for over a year now and she is awesome. She’s always kind and polite during my mani/pedi one time I had a cut on my toe she was so gentle and worked around it. I have also had designs done by her and she does a really good job. I recommend Kathy’s Nails they do good work. Always leave satisfied and happy.

Worst Customer Service!!!! if i could give them no stars i would.i called them to book an appointment for mothers day, asking how much a pedicure cost, she told me on the phone that its $25, once they finished the pedicure, the lady sitting at the front tells me, there's a $5.00 charge for the feet scrub and a $1 charge for disposal of the filer.none of these are listed on their brochure nor was i told when i called in to book the appointment, she didn't think to mention these things even when I walked in and selected the colors,I then picked up the brochure to check if i misunderstood on the phone in the brochure it simply says $25 for a pedicure (nothing about the extra hidden charges that she charged me)when i pointed this out to the lady sitting behind the table, she advised that the brochures are 3-5 years old. IF that's the case why are they there?and maybe when a customer calls in to book an appointment they shouldn't be mislead, all the extra charges should be told, so the person doesn't come in blindly!!!!!! i have never been to a nail Salon that had extra charges for a basic pedicure with regular polish.I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Very poor customer service, very unprofessional. Went for a pedicure and a nail refill. the lady didn't scrub my feet only used a buffer, I had to ask for my feet to be scrub. It look like I didn't just got my feet done. She scrub my feet and cut it didn't even say sorry. Don't get me started on the nail refill. I went home and the nail polish turn from pink to dark born i called and the lady said to come back. can u believing they wanted to charge me for a polish change when i was just there less than 3hours into that day. will not recommend them save your money go somewhere else. Worst nail spa in Stouffville. Zero star ratings they are only for the money dont care if customers are happy with there work.

Great service, was more than expected, with foot massage.Just wanted a simple Mani / Pedi.

The worst set of nails I have ever paid for in my life. Jenny was extremely rough with me, caused me a lot of pain during the appointment and honestly overall did a horrendous job. Will not be returning.EDIT: I now have a nail infection from dirty, unclean used tools. I am beyond grossed out. Please if you take pride in your hands and nails do not come here!!!!!
