I absolutely love Lightning Bug salon! The new renovations add so much simplicity & professionalism. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. I always ask for Tracy who is attentive, very talented at her work and takes her time! I have very sensitive and weak nails and Tracy is so gentle and even massages my hands after my nails! I now have amazing natural nails & feel confident when I visit. Highly recommend for value as well as service! Xo

A girl friend and I went to get pedicures and this was the only nail salon that took walk ins right away. The staff was so friendly and bubbly. The environment of the place was so clean and inviting. Love this place and will be returning in the near future. I will be recommending this to everyone and anyone!!! :) 5 stars!!!

Went here for the first time after a friend recommended them! Tracey was amazing!!! She took her time and did exactly what I asked for. My friend saw another lady who was also very nice and did exactly what my friend asked for. We were super impressed and would definitely go here again! The staff super friendly!

I was contacted by the owner and asked to return to correct what now seems like such a small issue I had with my previous manicure.I went into the salon for 3 pm and Kacy greeted me thanking me for coming back.She immediately went to work and fixed my 4 nails that had ripped off and was very gentle and caring around my sore finger tips.I am thrilled with the manicure she did and she fixed all my nails beautifully with excellent service.I will definitely return to Ladybug Nail Spa and have Kacy do my nails for me each and every time.The customer service they provided me with was definitely above and beyond.My nails look absolutely beautiful and now I know each time I go back, it will just be for a gel polish.Although I have moved 4.5 hrs north of Barrie no other nail salon will ever top this amazing service I was provided with today.It means a lot to me that you asked me to return to fix the issues I was having, and not be charged for the repairs.I would highlty recommend LADYBUG Nail Spa (formally Lavish Nails on Anne Street).to anyone looking for a beautiful manicure/pedicure, its a very clean and professional salon to go to.Thank you again Kacy, you have made me very HAPPY.❤

I’m relatively new to Barrie and have been looking for a new salon as my old one is too far to travel. I can say with confidence that after my first and only time there, this is the place. I felt so welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in.During the nail prep, Kacy was so gentle with my hands and when it came to the actual manicure, her attention to detail was so wonderful!I’d recommend this salon to anyone and everyone, I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
