GREAT FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE BUT When your guests had to leave hall main course not being served, how can I give more than 1*.We booked Hall A for our son’s christening party in June 2022. I had paid 25% of total package as advance, gave my Id and signed contract with this owner more than a month ago.On the party day I went to meet the owner with my uncle to hand over alcohol permit and bottles, he said the rest of account will be settled at the END of the party. The party started at 7pm, snacks served, people were in queue when they placed main course items on table. But staff were not serving them. When some parents were badly looking for food for their kids, they came to me and asked for main course. I went to talk to staff and they said I have to make balance payment to begin main course. I ran to see the owner, then he said he had told me to make all payments before starting the party. The owner was lying because I later confirmed with my uncle what he told in the early meeting.Rest of the bad experience,1. The owner insisted 2 bar attenders ($200 per head). For us, one was enough.2. Owner will not allow outside sound system even though you have your own DJ. Our DJ team had to use their own system because of poor performance of hall sound system. I had to pay the owner $400 for their bad system.3. DJ had difficulty in getting hall wifi4. The owner showed supervisor Maria but she never came to me even when they refused to serve main course to guests.5. The owner insisted for security $180. The security guy was smoking at the entrance door while guest were coming in.6. Some of our guest (old people) had to leave hall without main course (9:30pm) as the staff never begun serving food.7. The owner didn’t give me receipt after full payment, which he promised in the early meet.My experience: the owner is eagerly waiting on your money not caring about giving you a good service.I repeat their food is great and hall is nice but I can’t give more stars because of point 6. Next day, he called me and I told him my concerns; then he said he will try better next time.

Outstanding venue - beautiful decore - amazing food and service!

My company set up the barricade fencing for the Ravi B show the inside was very nice the paint carpet and tiling where in perfect condition I'd say high quality beautiful entrance to the building inside. Could use a little bit nicer entrance way outside, maybe some Roman pillars or something to make it look as nice as the inside.

Stunning banquet hall for any event really. We were there for a friend's engagement party and I was impressed by the atmosphere and decor.The staff was pleasant and we really enjoyed ourselves at the event. Thank you for the experience and we will definitely be booking future events here!

This place was well taken care of. Service was phenomenal and the concert was even better! Amazing time

Garbage food and snacks you rather pay bit more and find where you can find good food. Very pathetic management. In party, people's kids were crying for food they end up buying pizza instead of eating garbage food. I would never book for my events.

For an open concept Banquet Hall with a medium sized stage and a large aisle/walkway/dancefloor this place is perfect. The event I went to Accommodated 400 seated and the hall could fit lots more as you can see the available space. All in all, the bartender staff they had were very friendly.
