Thanks for the food poisoning…. Got 2 junior chickens here friday april 21. Half way through one of them i took a bite of frozen chicken.. ive been sick with nausea, diarrhea and headaches going on 3 days now. Mcdonalds should be paying my lost wages….. Is cooking food with preset timers that hard?

They're nice as long as you are. I personally had no issues other than a broken plug-in, but if you're not dressed in your preppiest get-up they look and act noticeably unsettled, as if you're actively breaking the law just simply being there. Like, it's a McDonald's. Some people just need to charge their phone and wash their hands while they wait for a ride home, or a warm place to sit till the shelter opens. So keep your hard hat or visi-vest out after work I guess, lest they treat you differently for being dirty. I'd personally, out of basic human respect say buy a .25 cent cup of water to use the bathroom (paying customers only bla), and if they really need to use your bathroom, they wont hesitate. But hey, not like i work in customer service anymore.

Where is the extra lettuce and extra mayonnaise in the sandwich. And I gave my order aleast five times to the cashier. I asked her that she understood my order or not she reply yes. I wasted my 20 minutes on the order they said we are waiting on fresh mac chicken. And When I open my box of sandwiches there is only sandwich bread and patty. I think think so there don't have fresh lettuce.Please give some knowledge skills to your night staff.

DON'T go here unless you want your order messed up MULTIPLE times. They seem to be good at being very incompetent. After getting the wrong order we went back in expecting to get the right order only to have it missing SEVERAL parts of the order .

To the girl that accommodated myself and my coworker (We got two iced coffees and a hamburger) after we needed to exit the drive through in order to keep our vehicle free and available, you're the best. The small morale boost was enough to handle a very difficult rest of the shift and your kindness was not unnoticed. Thank you.

Manager running the shift tonight was doing such a wonderful job, there was a customer in lobby who attempted to use a coupon that was ripped in half. She explained that she couldn’t accept it because in order to use a coupon it needs to be full in good shape. She handled the situation very well and was very calm and patient. Keep up the great work!!!

Had a mobile order in the parking lot. Unfortunately they did not have the baked apple pies I really liked which happens since they are of high demand. What I really appreciate is the efforts of the assistant manager working on February 23 in the morning as he dealt with a problem professionally. Working in the service industry is really stressful and there are only certain individuals with the manager's acumen who are well suited for the role. I applaud his customer service skills and professionalism. Keep it up!

Amazing customer service!I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone (probably the manager) but when my order was wrong they went above and beyond to correct it. Jasmeen on the drivethrew was so nice and quickly got my McGriddle even though breakfast was over.If you want mcdonalds McCallum is by far the best one in Abbotsford.

McDonald's isn't the McDonald's I grew up with. It's more high-end if the food has stayed the same. I'm one of those old nostalgic people that sit there for hours on end drinking coffee and just chatting about the old days, I used to laugh at those kind of people saying I would never become one of them, but here we are. The staff are still kind, and the food is reliably fresh and tasty, a quick fix if you're hungry.
