Ryan was fantastic! He showed me about 20 houses before I found the right one for me. He had lots of great feedback to offer on the properties we viewed so I knew what I was getting into, regularly kept me up to date on new listings, and was readily available for every part of the process. Ryan, was simply amazing! My girlfriend and I had the crazy idea to do a crazy one way trip to the rock leaving from Quebec. He didn't have an easy task. A young couple in their early twenties, First time home buyer's, very tight deadline and we had a very limited understanding on how all of this would work out. Little did we know, no task is too great for him. He took the time to sit down and go through every little detail with us. He hunted down the best propreties. Would always answer his phone for questions regardless of the time of day. (sometimes I forgot the time zone change and would send him a txt around 11h and he would still answer lol).If it wasn't for him we would not have been able to make it. He also took care of contacting different contractors and professionals for us and much much more....All this to say that Ryan is the best.Thank you for everything!!!
