I came here to get my PC fixed, I had issues upgrading my Ryzen CPU with my b450 motherboard. Micheal fixed it in a day and provided great communication throughout the whole thing. He gave me multiple options for what I could do next as well as provided a quick easy pickup and drop off of my PC.

Wow, this was the best computer service I have ever experienced! My computer was all messed up and Wei, who owns and runs the shop, quickly fixed the problem and also helped me with improving its running speed. The price was very affordable and fair, and I am just so happy to have found his shop!

The staff here are very friendly! They're very knowledgeable and even if they don't know what's going on with your device initially, they do everything they can to solve your issue. In particular, my interaction with Mike was especially good. He was very attentive to my needs as I was on a big time crunch. He helped retrieved some important files for me when my laptop was damaged and got it done very efficiently. Would 100% recommend this service to anyone else!

I built myself a new computer and was having a bunch of trouble getting Nvidia's drivers to cooperate. I didn't have any spare parts around to test to see if it was a hardware problem, so I contacted the team at CampusTec to help me out.The problem ended up being something dumb that if I had paid better attention, would have been solved in 5 minutes. But at least I got the comfort of knowing that all my parts had been stress-tested and were working as intended, when people who can brain are the ones using them lol.They were friendly and great communicators, and had my diagnostics done in the amount of time promised. I paid an extra $25 for express 48-hour service, which I thought was very reasonable. If I have another problem (real or imagined) with my pc that I don't have the patience or knowledge to troubleshoot myself, I won't hesitate to contact them again. Really appreciated the pick-up and drop-off service, as I don't have a car, and this thing is very heavy. c: All around really good service.(I'm flipping my rgb psu back upside down, though. Please don't hate me. :)

They were very responsive to all my communications, performed the diagnostic service on my laptop very quickly, and provided detailed information about the problem & solutions. It turned out that the replacement part alone (i.e. without labour) would cost more than buying a new laptop, but that's the way it goes sometimes.

Very impressed with the responsiveness of CampusTec who arranged to pick up my PC within 2 hours of my repair request and were able to deliver it back to me within 24 hrs! Their pricing is also very reasonable. I will be recommending them to my friends.

I spilled an entire mug of coffee on my laptop - Michael was so responsive, constantly providing me updates throughout the entire process. He was able to fix my laptop in under 2 days (with some obvious deficits) and I didn't lose any of my data. Very reasonable prices and I'm so happy with the end result! Go here instead of Apple - they won't do anything for you.
