I used to have the best delivery person who would always at least attempt to see if I was home. Since I’ve moved to where I am now. I have not had one package delivered to me. The only way I get a package is if I wait by the mailbox for them to come and make them give it to me. No wonder it takes so long to get a package ready for pick up! Because the delivery person isn’t giving any packages out it seems like from these reviews; leaving the package handling to them...

Q: What is inside the "secure tablet box"? A: " I don't know". After 15 min of digging around for an international parcel label

Lady who runs the desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. Been here three times and her answer is always I can't help you and walks into the back.

Second last Sunday before Christmas. They are only open from 12-4...okay fine...but only one staff on all afternoon! My husband and I both had to go there at two separate times today and the line up was from the Canada Post counter to the front of the store! 5 stars though to the young man Jared working the counter all by himself. So much for the abilityto social distance Canada Post. And certainly does not promote staff wellness!

Promised package in 2 days.. paid top dollar for it to arrive... It is now over a week and package is still sitting idle at post office origin. No response from canada post when trying to file a claim. All messages have gone unanswered or ignored. Just as bad as Purolator

they never answer the phone and when its busy they dont bother to have more than 1 person working so you have line ups around the store, they shortened the hours when they are busier than ever and the store is still open just the post office hours have been shortened, the drivers regularly dont drop off the package slips they are supposed to leave at the door, i used to catch my driver trying to avoid me and give me the post card instead of my package so they dont have to knock on my door before the pandemic, nothing but problems with getting my packages but they have a monopoly and we have no other option. Canada post deffinatly needs to step up their game.

Efficiently sent my parcel today, the worker was professional and helpful when I asked a question. Canada Post prices are not nice though. People feel more inclined to write a bad review than a positive one.

Honestly every time I go to pick up my parcel I have to wait two extra days even though the pick up slip says x day after 1pm. I go and it's the same lady who tells me every time it's not here yet. Every time. At least 10 times this year alone.

As expected, they never attempted to deliver as usual. They don't even bother to buzz your number. They seem to be extremely lazy when it comes to delivering parcels. Why do I pay for shipping and handling when they refuse to deliver the package? I was home all day waiting for my package, no call no buzz, nothing. So they make you come pick it up at their office, why do they even bother attempting" delivery if I need to go to the post office anyway to pick it up? Must be job security for a terrible workforce."
