I don't know why people talk bad about this place. I was there for a couple of years and it was great. You find good and bad people where ever you move but here I had no problems at all...

Nice units, very well maintained. Was a bit weary based on older reviews, but new management seems to be doing something right! Has a nice little community feel.

I have lived here for 10 years and at the beginning the place was rundown and we wanted to leave but after new management here the place feels like a community are kids are grown now but if they were small it's a safe place for them to play.

Good family place to live. Some neighbours stunk but that's on the tenant not the place itself. Realstar I'd a good agency. Donna was great for a Super. Not sure who's there now but I recommend living there !

Living here now, this place is a hole, maintenance is non existent, dishwasher doesn't work, can't wash dishes in the sink though, there's a drainage leak under the sink so the water flows out from under the tile in the kitchen into the carpet in the dining room, maintenance said new DW in a week ... 3 weeks ago, also said be back tomorrow to fix the leak ... a week agoNo screens on the vents so insects come in at their free will, ants, spiders, crickets, grubs, really unnerving to have a grub land on your head while you're on the toilet, or crickets crawling on you in your sleep.So much for the security of living in a 'crime free' gated community, people constantly jumping the wall to buy drugs from the dealer across the street, who gets high and wanders outside NAKED for my small son to see.Management NEVER answers her phone, and still hasn't provided me with a copy of my lease.If anyone knows who I call to make an official complaint or how to legally break my lease help would be much appreciated I'm new to the area and need to get my kids into a better environment.

Hi Everyone, we,ve been here for 3 months and the New Owners and staff are really really great people, They always go out of there way to satisfy us. When we wanted things done in the town house we got it right away no question asked! All the workers that come here are really great n polite. You have to come and see it for yourself! I'm telling you this. cause l,ve been in holes in my life slumlords as they say! I,ve lived in them, and this place is paradise compared to a lot out there!!
