What an outstanding customer service experience! When I called to explain that we were having water in our basement. Tina carefully explained how to assess the issue and how it could be rectified.The next day Jose came and gave me an honest appraisal about where the water was coming from and how he would address it. While we did not need any work to be completed, I would not hesitate to contact this company should I have any water issues in future.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Tina was very responsive and professional. She called to confirm and qualify my issues and explain how the process works. After that Jose was dispatched a couple days later, showed up on time, took off his shoes to and from the basement, left the area clean and crack filled. Highly recommend and I'd use them again.

I had some water coming into my basement and wanted to get to the root of the problem and fix it so I could one day finish the basement. I had 2 other companies come & say my only option was to install an internal weeping tile system that would go to my sump pump. The amount of water I had coming in was so minimal that it would evaporate before even making its way to the sump pump.I called Crackmasters after getting recommended by my parents & old neighbours. I spoke with Tina over the phone who was VERY knowledgeable and went through their process with me. Knowing the age of my house, seeing photos of my concerns, and other key factors, she was able to determine that we only needed to fill the cracks.Jose came by and filled the two cracks - he was very knowledgeable as well, and went through everything with me. I did have some water come through a week later after a heavy rain, and he came back to inspect and look further into the matter. It all looks good now, and I am happy with the results & customer service.I am very pleased with their services, and that it's backed by a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend Crackmasters to anyone :)

Great experience with Jim and his crew - highly recommend their services. I had a crack that began leaking a torrent of water during a thaw/heavy rain day. I called Jim in the morning and they showed up to fill the crack the next day. The crew were very polite, professional and clean. Would not hesitate to call them again.

I had noticed a leak in the foundation wall on a day of heavy rain. I contacted Crackmasters to help us. After a couple of emails Tina arranged an appointment within a week of my inquiry. On the day of the service, Jim was extremely knowledgeable and assured me it would be fixed. Very clean and professional workmanship, he treated my home like it was his own. I contacted Crackmasters for a quote to waterproof my foundation from the outside on their website quote tool. Tina replied very promptly and arranged for Jim to come out to visit the house and advise me on the scope of work. Jim was very knowledgeable and informed me from the start the scope of work (total excavation of the house perimeter) was something that they no longer do. He did however recommend other reputable companies that do. He was able to educate me further as to what minor things to look at doing myself that may help with any potential leaks and the highly probable reasons that I was getting leaks in the first place. Phenomenal customer service from start to finish, even knowing that I would not be using their services, Jim answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Crackmasters for your needs.
