We purchased a scm morbidelli x200 with label printer and unloader a year ago. Has been nothing but great service and commitment to help us from the team at scm. Parth is very intelligent and can almost tell you exactly what is going on just from a simple explanation. I have no complaints. Machine has been running for a year now no issues and has probably paid itself off by now. A+ service

We purchased a CNC (Morbidelli N100 5x12) approximately 2 years ago. Hands down the best business investment we’ve ever made. No regrets that we didn’t go with Felder or Biesse. The training and included software had us up and running within a week once installation was completed. Darren (sales rep) was extremely knowledgeable which solidified our purchase. Parth is a master with the software and troubleshooting. He almost instantaneously comes to our aid when I reach out. Zero complaints. 5 stars!

Don't waste any time with SCM. We purchased a $500,000 material storage system and beam saw. Nothing has worked properly since being installed. Their software is the worst interface I've ever experienced. It doesn't even give you any information when there's an error. It just stops working. Oh, and don't expect any service after 11am EST. Only the team in Italy can resolve issues and they leave at 5pm in Italy. The North American staff can't fix a thing. At 3:10pm yesterday I requested a service phone call for a problem with our M100 CNC router. At 8:30am today a tech phoned me.Jason questioned me regarding the error message and the symptoms and fairly quickly recommended a fix.We were back up and running before 9:00am!Excellent service, thank you.
