Sat 20 May 20232030 LTTook my number and waited like everyone else........ Lots of patients waiting.Registration at window 2 took less than 5 minutes... The nurse explained the process to follow as it was my first time there... and even gave me an estimate wait time. Her name on her uniform began with C... Could be Cassandra....Called to Triage and was warmly received by Nurse Matt... Who introduced himself..... (which was refreshing}...... and carried out his duties with a sense of professional reaponaibility that was admirable. Very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in how he does his job with a focus on customer care that is rarely seen these days.Nurse Matt directed me to the eye care area and off I went....... So far so good.....The wait for the Dr was about 90 mins....so I had time observe...Every one of the professionals on duty deserve kudosIt was a busy night but they all held it together and treated their patients with genuine care.Centre closes at 10pm but I saw the Dr at 1030pmDR was wonderful.. Friendly and professional.... Making me feel at ease while dealing with a swollen eye....... And here comes Matt again bringing my prescription from Dr.... Just as vibrant and refreshing as if he had just started his shiftVery impressed with my first time experience at St Jo'sWell done guysLarry

Disgusting experienceThey refused to do blood work when I’m in 6 different medications.This place treated me so bad I had mental health issues leaving crying because the doctor at this location took me in the room and just said “ we can’t do anything “They pretended to say they would help me, saying I would get blood work and checked out for my pain, but no one did blood work like I requested and told me to leave. They don’t care about your well being and the doctor only seen me for 2 mins he just let me leave without just proper health care I’m entitled to. I’m beyond upset about this hospital because previously I had great experience with them but this new male Chinese looking doctor was beyond ignorant and not compassionate at all for my medical issue

I recently had a lump on my lympnode at the right collar bone area. It rapidly grew to almost the size of a tennis ball. I was at this urgent care facility about 4 separate times over the course of a month and despite the wait (that is almost always to be expected in any emergency waiting room) I was very pleased with the medical care and compassionate concern that I received from all the nurses and doctors who cared for me. I was immediately sent for tests and felt that I was in good hands. They made sure to test for any of the serious issues that could have caused the lump straight away. I am very pleased with the medical care I received from the staff.. I would also like to point out that the doctors introduce themselves on just a first name basis.. They don't say.. Hi I'm DR. So and so... They simply say. Hi.. I'm John. Or I'm Sarah.... Makes a patient feel like they are a friend and avoids making patients feel like they are less important just by leaving out the DR title.. Great job...Thank you for all your help.As for the parking. I will say something needs to be done about that. The price is steep. Sometimes people will pay for the full day, not use it all and leave the ticket in the machine in the parking lot for someone else to use and pay it forward.. But I found it better to just park on the side street at the nearest set of lights and walk around the corner if you are physically able to walk. Or.. Just plan on paying for the whole day and avoid running out to feed the machine more money than you would have paid by just paying for the whole day straight away. And like I said.. You can always be a kind person and leave the ticket for someone else who might need it after you leave. I do it anytime I can.

I am from out of town and went to urgent care on a fri evening. I was in and out in an hour and 20 mins. That included registration, triage, xray, seeing the doctor and getting a referral. The staff was friendly and efficient. I gave 4 stars as it would have been a little nicer if the doctor could have spent just a few more minutes explaining what I could and could not do going forward (fractured elbow) but she was funny kept it light and even showed me my xrays!

Worst health care in world !! Patient had to wait for hours to see the doctor!! Not sure if doctor is playing video games sitting in room or it is just patient load !! If it is really patient load hire foreign doctors and lower the salary for doctors ,!!It needs to changed for sure !!Need better planning !!

Never thought I'd 'review' an urgent care, but the staff (and patients!) there were just so lovely and efficient! In and out in an hour; a very laid-back yet upbeat and positive experience. Thanks for making my visit so low-stress.

It was difficult to find the place we needed to be for an appointment and were unfortunately sent to the wrong floor by the help desk, thankfully the receptionist at sign in was understanding about us being late. Everyone was kind, the appointment went smoothly and rather quickly. Almost all of my experiences with Urgent Care have been great too, they really try to help people and get them in and out asap

Waited 9 hours for an answer of “i dont know”. I spent waiting in the urgent care waiting room for 1 hour, to check my eyes and this female “doctor” comes after 2 hours waiting , SHE WASNT EVEN A EYE DOCTOR! She asks whats my problem and the medical history, proceeds to tell me has no clue of the eye problem and google it right in front of me, what a great eye doctor. Then, the staff tells me to come back 3 hours later for the eye clinic upstairs to see a resident. I wait another hour, i finally see a male resident , he gave up half way and decides to bring an asian lady which is also in resident working UNDER DR.CHAUDHARY She pokes my eye lids several times longer than she should have, and took pictures, looked at my other pictures taken from previous appointments in the computer files and ends up saying “i dont know “ are you serious? Why the hell did i spend 9 hours (12pm-9pm) waiting and waiting and expecting to have someone know SOMETHING about retinas. might as well send me to a retina specialist appointment why waste peoples time. I come home and my eye is sore and hurts to look around, none of these people knows how to do their jobs (clearly) , “urgent” care is a joke , if i knew these “doctors” names i would definitely have stated them but i have forgotten but i do remember the faces. What a shame.
