Scissor was rusty two weeks after purchase. Because the rust is at the spring, it’s making the scissors not usable shortly after the purchase.Went to the store and they told us to go to Metrotown for exchange, went to Metrotown and was told that they can’t exchange. Based on other comments they are selling defective products here.

super long line up, we waited 30mins on Aug 21 at 4pm. Friends who went during the weekend waited for more than 2 hoursDiscount is pretty good, below the listing price on the website.Staffs are friendly but lack of essential knowledge:1. Not sure if they sell slicing knife2. Not sure where the knifes are3. Not sure what whetstones areso I had to dig through the paper listing myself and found what I need.

It is not the main chef's style cooking stuffs to shop. It is nice brand design for regular home style knives and cooking wares.It is kind of clearance asking, so not many high quality stuff left, most are mid level in great price.If you are not judging cooking stuffs in details, unprofessional cooking will be the best saving money store for most of house keepers or home cook.I am not gonna spend $80-$200 for a unprofessional items design for actual career using. Good luck!

Deals are average. And honestly the same pans I buy from the bay are cheaper on boxing day or black friday. I also noticed some of the quality of the items seem significantly worse than in retail stores.

Do not shop here. Horrible experience. Bought two sets of glass cup. One clearly has quality issue. Went back to the store the second day to get a change. They said that’s how it is and no quality issue. They will not change it for me or refund. Clearly they don’t know anything about the glass technology. We had to use it with care otherwise it’s a waste. Now after one month, the cup is suddenly broken. Luckily no one is hurt. What a shopping experience.

Misleading, you can get better deals online from Zwilling directly and all major outlets when they have sales. Prices here are average and typically more expensive for most items I saw.

I bought Joy cookware set today and I love it. Very high quality set at a great price. Everything in the store is final sale so first I was a bit worried what to do if I had a defective one or something. The lady who helped me was very kind and she told me that if it had any defect then I can exchange with another one. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. No complaints at all!
