Asked for under carriage oil spray and all I got was a partial frame spray and they charged me $90. I even dropped spare tire and they left it dry! Went to Canadian tire and bought 6 cans of oil spray and finished job myself. Next year I'm saving $90 and doing it myself, what a waste of time

As a service based company sometimes its hard to have trucks off the road for maintenance. Adam and his team have always accommodated my busy schedule and made time to have my trucks looked after.I have been taking my vehicles here for years.Always great service!!!

Krown in Bracebridge has been my go-to place for my seasonal undercoating. Booking with them is always a surprising breeze(considering I often forget until the last minute like many others).The lady at the front desk is always so sweet with everyone that comes in.Their lobby to wait is cute for a shop! Stay warm and even enjoy a coffee while you wait. It's never long and always a decent price!

Undercoating - requested less spray of undercoating on windshield washer hoses...but received an unreasonably heavy amount that DESTROYED all those hoses & now have to replace them..,will NEVER use their “SERVICES “ again...will pass my experience along to anyone who is interested...will find another location & refer anyone who needs!!!

Friendly, fast, and reasonable. Adam took my booking, was ready when I arrived, and had my vehicle ready and waiting exactly when he said he would. Great job, wash was included. Would recommend and we will bring our other vehicle for sure.
