Below average customer service/communication.We booked an appointment with Gwil crane services, and upon booking the appointment we were told to show up the day of. The day of the appointment comes and they no show. Upon contacting them, they had said that I should have called a week prior and paid ahead of time. Meanwhile, none of this was ever communicated as required prior to this appointment - all we were told was to show up. Very dissapointing.
