Looking Glass provides our company with quality custom glass finishes and products.

Hired them to install a series of backsplash and mirror; they were quick, polite, and didn't leave a mess.

I used looking glass to reproduce an exact match of a 10mm sandblasted office partition. Errol went to the site with his partner and took the pattern. I picked the glass up but noticed the bottom stripe was missing. I immediately informed Errol and asked what happened about the bottom stripe that was missing. He informed me that oops. He missed it. His excuse was there was plastic over the glass and didn’t want to make the painters mad by moving it. I said I moved it to take pics and easily stuck it back up with the tape that was there. EASY!!! I understand that we all make mistakes but he admitted his mistake but said he wasn’t responsible for a new piece because it was customers own glass. So if it’s my fault I pay. If it’s his fault I pay. Now im stuck paying for the first piece of glass which got rejected from the customer and is garbage and had to pay for a new replacement glass to get re blasted from Niki Glass which did amazing and fast work. Never mind all the time I’m out to redid the customers glass. What ever happened to the customer is always right. I would never use Looking Glass again or recommend them. Good job screwing this up!!!!

We have dealt with Looking Glass for multiple projects. Errol is always a pleasure to deal with and the quality of their work is second to none. We have had mirrors and backpainted glass completed and we are always satisfied.Recently we had 4 glass panels sand blasted. We dropped it off in the morning is it was completed by noon. We had Erroll install a Fleurco shower unit as part of our Renos 10 years ago. Recently he returned to perform some maintenance on the unit. As usual, the service was prompt, thorough & excellent. We would recommend Erroll & the Co. without reservation. A pleasure to have in our home.

They didn't come back to repair our shower door after 2 previous repairs for the same problem, they won't even reply to calls or emails. I would not recommend this company to do glass work.
