Came here today after seeing a Craigslist ad for a Wii U bundle. Owner and an employee that we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The owner let us try out the Wii U with a couple games to make sure it was working well, he even threw in a game for free. My husband spent some time looking at their tools selection, which they have a lot of.I've never visited a pawn shop before and this place was a great first experience.Definitely recommend!

I try to sell my used bike and the guy calls me a thief because I don't have an original purchase receiptWho carries that? What on earth?A guy who basically makes a living extorting people and raising prices amd marking up prices calls me a thief... not impressedThese places will go out of business! Amazon and online markets are taking over you scams!

Not really far away, seems like 10 minutes from Vancouver on Hwy. 91.Very fair offers on pawned items. Has some nice tools for sale at fair prices also. Opening hours great as well.Marian and assistant very pleasant to deal with.Thank you.

I try to take all my items here, although I live In Burnaby and recently don't have a car...But the owner is awesome, knows his stuff (especially music equipment), and treats me like a human being.MetroPawn is a 3 min walk and I hate having to go there. I can't wait to get the 2 items out of there...MetroPawn won't even take items that Annacis takes and gives me more than expected.Highly recommend. And if you're a musician/producer, talk to the owner. He's got a lot of knowledge and is fun to talk to, I learn something new every time. Totally worth the drive. I'm taking a cab out there to get my switch this week.MetroPawn wouldn't take my PS4, Ibanez Guitar., Nintendo Switch...I can cgo on forever. Items I've pawned in Seattle all the time and most items Annacis takes.

I was really happy with the way i was treated by this man, a true professional. I hope later today he will loan me a few bucks on some of my power tools. I’m pretty sure he will help me out. People must remember this is a collateral loan business do not expect 30% on used items. He has to put out the initial money then store it safely, and then potentially sell it if not claimed, that is a risky endeavour. Understand that it costs a lot to run a business, he must make it worth his while. And no i am not a relative or friend of this gentleman, simply a very grateful customer!

This place is a joke. I pawned off my tools and he didn't want them. I have been there four times and did the miss a pawn.. he took in my tools and claimed he didn't want them at all. Gave me the bottom Buck for it. I recently looked in my wallet and my due date was February 26 2016. I called him on March 8th 2016 to talk about it.. he wants 400 dollars more than what I got.. he won't extend my contract. He won't give me a deal to buy them back. He also won't do a payment plan. I call and he won't pick up the phone. Playing big baby on the other side. How can someone run a business like this. If I knew he was a slum I wouldn't of brought my stuff there. Beware of this joke pawnshop.

The guy sold me a guitar for a sweet price, was friendly and honest all the way through. Will come back for more.

Great experience. Such a great help. Bought an iphone 6 and he went through everything to show that it was unlocked etc. Going into a Pawn shop I thought would be an unhelpful experience couldn't be further from the truth. He was also cheaper then Craigslist. Top service will be going again for other items!! (Sorry champ never got your name doesn't have it on your card)

Would give zero stars if I could. I bought a DSLR from these guys 2 weeks ago for 300$. I went through some crazy rough times and basically had to write off my car. I called this guy and I told him the situation and asked if I could pawn my camera for a couple weeks and he would NOT give me more that 50$ the camera is worth over 500 so he offered me 10% pretty sure pawn shops have to do at least 25%. Do not waste your time or money on these guys they do not deserve it whatsoever. Highway robbery.Sketchy business

If you're looking for quality service and excellent prices on goods this place is worth checking out. I had an issue with one of the coil nailers, as there was a mixup, and the owner of the shop kindly allowed me to make an exchange. Wow! I think most places would have simply said final sale
