My appointment was for the switch over of snow tires to summer. That was completed.I had an engine light come on and found out the cadallic converter needs to be replaced and asked Bonnie to hold off on the ordering unit as my finances are a little low, but would be letting her know when she can order the part.Everything else was great.

The service desk employees are absolutely fantastic! They make dropping off your car fun!! Special shout out to Bonnie!! She truly is an energetic employee that puts a smile on you face with her positive attitude so early is the morning. Hope you had a Wonderful Wednesday!!!!

This was my first service experience with Welland Chevrolet. I found the staff super friendly and helpful. They were great at communicating the issues, solutions and cost. The mechanic went with me for a test drive to ensure we both agreed on the repair needed. I have to go back to have the repairs completed because parts are pending. I’m very pleased with the outstanding customer service from Bonnie and the service team.

Good service. They made recommendations to ensure that mfg guidelines are followed. Pleasant people to deal with.Obviously using a dealership for service is more expensive but they know what they are doing and have the proper equipment.

I recently purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Malibu RS from Al Porretta and Katie Pansolin. They did an amazing job with helping me find the right car for me. They were both attentive and accommodating as I did not know what I was looking for at the start. They respected my desires without pressuring me to buy something that would not have my needs. I'm a regular service customer of Welland CBGMC, but this was the first time I'd dealt with Stacey. He was straightforward and accommodating. Job was done quickly, and the parts were in stock which was great. Special mention to the tech that worked on my vehicle. I swap my own snow tires on and off at home, but the tech noticed that I had installed two snows backwards according to the directional arrows. Stacey brought it to my attention and they corrected my mistake. Thanks guys!

Easily the best car buying experience I've encountered! Noteably great customer service! Purchased a used vehicle and I live 5 hours away from Welland and I wanted to ensure everything was in good order. The salesman was friendly and welcoming, all questions were answered promptly via email or telephone and all concerns were addressed before I picked up the vehicle. No hidden fees, no getting the run around and jumping through hoops to come to a price. Extremely fair pricing when comparing what else was out there in the market. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was cleaner than described. I had an issue arise with the vehicle 2 months later and I called the dealer to address it expecting them to brush it off and take no responsibility. Boy was I ever surprised!!! The used car manager was extremely personable and exceeded my expectations with addressing the problem. Gave me several options, was quick with responses and true to his word! They stood behind their product and I would highly recommend!

I ordered a 2023 chevy bolt EV from Jordan back in may 2022. he was super informative and made the process painless. He put up with my monthly messages and kept me up to date! I picked up the car today and i love it! this is the 3rd car ive purchased from there and ive never had any issues, and always got the most excellent service from front desk, to sales to parts and service! 10/10 would recommend!

To say I am very disappointed with the service is an understatement. My invoice for the repair in question was over $4000.00 and the vehicle went back numerous times after the initial repair for the same problem. My daughter returned to university in the U.S. only to have the problem occur again. I located a diesel specialty service shop in Bangor Maine, who advised me that your dealership kept clearing the computer code and did not repair the problem and should not have replaced the parts that were replaced without first correctly diagnosing the problem. They immediately pinpointed the problem of a NOX sensor that was not operating properly. This sensor was replaced in January and to this date the truck is operating perfectly. I waited to leave a review as I wanted to determine this was the problem. This service shop did advise me that, there was no way the repair that was conducted by your dealership should have been conducted without properly diagnosing the problem and your dealership skipped over the issue and replaced an expensive part and a costly labour charge. I have purchased 5 vehicles from your dealership over a 30 year period and have spent thousands of dollars in repairs, I feel I was taken advantage of by your dealership and if its because your diesel mechanic is incompetent then you should not conduct diesel repairs. Clearing the code does not correct the problem, very disappointed with the service, actually the lack of service.
