I bought a truck from a private sale that Quality Service change the engine less then a month before I bought the truck. The truck wasn't licensed and didn't drive until I bought the truck. I had alternator issues that was related to poor quality of work from them. There was 2 loose wires going to the starter. Battery wasn't even secure properly, bunch of other cables/wires weren't tie back like they should. There was an exhaust leak also directly related to poor labor because they didn't tighten the nuts enough. I called them and ask if they can help in any way and they said no because I was too long ago that the work was done.....Bruce was supposed to call me back and never did. I do not recommend them.

Guy came to haul a shed for me shed is completely ruined not in the shape it was when picked up then won’t do anything for me call the cops try to say I threaten him which I have all the recording on my phone ag they hauled illegally without a permit

Stopped in here just randomly driving threw Sussex for the first time.They let us walk around the yard and look around no problem.Nice clean and well organized yard, I was impressed.Not much for vehicles 05 and under though!

This company's (employees) stold parts off my car(plastic under engine skid plate).charged me 1500$ for a new to me engine with broken parts..totally neglected my car this is the diagnostic I just got done.they have no warantee .didnt put the parts back together right.there is loose bolts and loose and unhooked wires..very displeased customer

I was looking for a clip which went missing about a year ago which held the trunk top cover and while they didn't have one he referred me to a nearby wrecker who probably had one. I decided to take everything out of the trunk in my 2013 Ford Focus Hatchback and voila I found the missing clip. Previously they supplied me with 4 matching hub caps for my winter tires. The Ford dealership wanted over $300 to replace the clip.

Had problems with engine swap in my car. Not bruces fault. He explained everything out to me. He ended up getting another car just as good as my old one to.help me out. Thanks bruce. Ron harper

(owner + staff)If you like not being called back every time they say they will this is the business for you!If you like having your wife cat called by staff when she goes to pick up the parts you request this is the business for you!Just because you sell junk doesn't mean every other aspect of your business should be junk.(there is a salvage yard near River Glade that gets 95% of my business because they don't overcharge and they call me back)

A stressful event using this outfit!They were scheduled to come on a particular date, they called at last minute to re-schedule for following day.They showed up next day a half hour early so I wasn't able to prep things.Over priced! Rude! Foul language!Prefers CASH (to line the pockets maybe?) so if you don't have it on hand you'll be told to follow him back to yard!

I've been dealing with Quality since I moved here 15 years ago. I got an oil change there this morning and from the time I left my driveway to when I pulled back in was less than a half hour and I live about 5km away.Good service and prices and a friendly bunch. Highly recommended.
