Excellent service and extremely helpful. Staff are very friendly and never a problem getting my prescriptions filled . If you are looking for a great pharmacy this is the one.

I got my second shot here a couple of weeks ago.I called today to ask about proof of vaccination. They were unable to help which is understood and pointed me to call my health unit. When I suggested that they too should call to understand in case anyone else calls to ask the same question I did (I am happy to figure it out for myself) and that they owe that to their customers; the pharmacist was very defensive saying it was inefficient (?) and she does not owe me" anything other than the slip they provided. I understand the vaccination system is not theirs

Service has gone down over the years since change in structure. Long wait times, don't acknowledge when there and some of the workers have difficulty understanding.

The only thing they have going for them is their new Pharmacist Bashim (I'm not sure if this is the correct way to spell it). He is fantastic. I recently transferred my prescriptions here and both times I've been there they all completely ignore you for as long as they feel they can. It's really bizarre. No one looks up, no one comes to the counter even with 4 people waiting for service. I've never felt as unwelcome as a customer as I do here.Edit: Bassim called me this afternoon to discuss my review and apologize for the service issue. He says that they take customer comments to heart and they will work on acknowledging customers sooner. I appreciate the sentiment and the phone call. Not many places take the time to make these calls.

Wonderful team offering quick, friendly and knowledgeable service. If they don't have what you need, they go above and beyond to bring it in quickly.

Wells behaved staff. Was able to find an urgent medication for my kid, which was not available at other pharmacies.
