Ethical Issues — Some employers take the most shocking advantage of people who are down and out. Because somebody give them a bad advice that you’ve got all the cards you’ve got all the leverage you should use it taking advantage when someone is hurting for self-gain is not only dishonorable but also demonstrates a lack of empathy.Be aware and vigilant: What happened to me can happen to anyone. It is important to remain observant and keep a watchful eye on your belongings at all times, especially valuable kitchen equipments. Taking precautions can help prevent unfortunate incidents. Stay alert and safeguard your possessions.

Ronald invested enormous time and effort communicating with us planning for the move. He visited us in person viewing our home, dropped supplies in his second visit, and came third time one week prior to the move going through check list for the final leg.I had made inquiries to quite a few moving companies before reaching OnTime. Most of them asked me a bunch of questions over the phone but would not visit in person. I cannot imagine how they will be able to fully understand my problem moving our bed without even come and take a look at the sharp corner. The way Ronald and his colleagues at OnTime did was way more thoughtful and professional. I am absolutely satisfied and would give a thousand stars to him and his crew.

Update Friday, July 29th:Bad enough this company fell through on our move. From Ronald’s recent response, seems he is now trying to place blame on his clients for HIS error. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Unethical.To be clear, our piano does NOT have a broken leg, or any broken parts to be even more specific. It was moved without hassle by the Moving Butlers, who had absolutely no issues at all. It was also inspected prior to being moved by a professional piano tuning company who confirmed it was fit for travel.As for our “sculpture”. WE proactively pointed it out to you to see if it was reasonable to be moved. Ronald claimed that it was not possible for their company to move it as it might be damaged. We took no issue with that and moved it ourselves. This was NEVER in the quote for moving anyway. Hilarious that Ronald would try to pin it on his clients for his lack of professionalism and due diligence.And as for us as clients, since you’re so easy to attack your customers. We hired moving butlers (who were FANTASTIC) and fed them a full breakfast, we brought 8 of our friends and family to help move, provided them with beverages and encouragement, and tipped after everything was finished. THEY were professional, friendly, and accountable. And so are we.Ronald, I suggest that in future dealings with your clients, you show them proper respect and care, because you certainly didn’t show that for us.BEST of luck to you.Original post :TL;DR. This company over-promises and under-delivers. Not what they used to be.My wife and I had a positive experience with this company in 2015 when we moved. They came as a word of mouth referral.Naturally, when we decided to move again this year, we found their number online and called to set up the move. This was nearly two months prior to our move date; plenty of time.The first time we called, our call was not returned. When I called a second time, I spoke with Ronald, who assured is that our move was simple and doable. He scheduled an appointment to come and view our home.I found it odd that, although we already confirmed with Ronald that we were going to use On Time, he continued to talk down his competition, repeating the same marketing lines about how much better On Time was. To be honest, it actually started to make us uncomfortable, but we went ahead against our better judgement. He then asked for a 300 deposit (after changing the amount twice prior), and issued a checklist for the move.Fast forward to roughly one month before the move. I receive an email on my way to work stating that they will be unable to complete the move as his staff was off work due to injury. While my wife and I were concerned for the well being of the staff at on time, we felt it unprofessional to receive an email, no call…. We also were wondering about our deposit. Ronald knew that this was a particularly stressful move for us as I had a massive surgery scheduled (against my liking) for six days before the move which left my wife alone to do the work. It was CRUCIAL to have peace if mind for her during this difficult time.I called Ronald, irritated, and explained on the phone that I would have appreciated a call, and asked him to CALL me back to arrange reimbursement if our deposit.He EMAILS me back a few moments later, short. Just says the deposit will arrive shortly.I waited ALL DAY. Finally, after convinced that it wasn’t coming, I emailed him late in the afternoon (end of business day) to demand my money. What do you know! The funds arrived within 15 minutes.This company belittled it’s competitors, promised us the moon, and then failed on all of it’s promises. Customer service faltered when it truly mattered most. Will not refer or use again.

OnTime moved my townhome a couple of weeks ago. The crew wrapped and moved my belongings with extreme care. They work hard, highly organized and finished the job half an hour earlier than quoted. I am very happy with their service and the bill.It’s a very professional company I highly recommend.Sally

My partner and I called OnTime Moving & Storage. Received several quotes but way over our budget until I met with Ronald.  He impressed me even before sending us any quote. He is solution focused and precise. He listens to our needs and just up to the point proposing solution to address our problems. We had a clear plan and rough estimate of range of cost by the time he left our home.  He promised a quote with full breakdown details the same day and he did.  None of us could believe his quote which was less than half of the closest one we received. He kept close contact with us up to the move and during the move.  We were completely blown away by professionalism and customer-oriented approach he has demonstrated.  We won’t hesitate for recommending Ronald and OnTime Moving to anyone.

Called On Time Moving & Storage,set up an appointment for an estimate,did not show up,not a phone call,text,email,to explain for not the no-show! Then we made another appointment,the exact same unprofessional issue! Do not use these people ,disgusting to say the least!
