Only good words for that company especially Kris Johnson and the technician Chad.They've been notified by my builder that I was having an AC problem (leak) like at 8HAM and by 11HAM everything was fixed and the technician was nice polite and efficient and the same applies to KrisWe need to have more companies like that respectful of their clients and making repairs in a more than timely mannerKeep up the good work guys

Salesman was on the ball. Provided good information and explanation and a competitive quote. Sale was completed very quickly and was able to have installed next day. Installation team was top notch. They worked very professionally and went the extra mile. They explained everything very well. Very happy with the service I received.

Our air conditioner is down as well as the fan on the new furnace. A call by my housemate (the owner of the home) to Balcaen & Son for help resulted an appointment 5 days from the day of the call. Meanwhile, it is 30°C (87°F) in the home and the people (both over 65) and pets are overheating. Don't expect rapid service from these guys during a heat wave.

Mike Webber took all the stress and worry we had with no furnace during the winter. One phone call and he came over to my elderly Dads house and set everything up, set up an installation time As per the set installation time their professional installers came exactly at the time set and quickly and professionally installed the new furnace and recused my Dad From no heat. Bravo. I also thought Mike Webber went beyond his job and sat down with me to talk about life and the elderly. His compassion and his professionalism I have never encountered before. Big shout out to Cody and Tyler for taking on this huge 2 day job, to upgrade various projects in my home. Everything ran like clockwork and I was kept up-to-date and It was a bonus, you now have your own electrician, instead of sourcing it out to another company, well done.

Fantastic service (for my mother) beyond expectations on furnace maintenance. Professional, arrived exactly on time, did little things for my mother that were so nice and unexpected. We were thrilled with Balcaen from start to finish. We booked them to service our ancient boiler, which hadn't been looked at in at least a decade. They discovered a cracked heat exchanger leaking exhaust into the house, and shut it down immediately to ensure our safety.They provided pricing on several options to replace our current set up, which was no longer safe and had to be shut down. They even brought us space heaters to keep our house warm.They began installing our new system the very next day. The crew was on time, and respectful of us and our home. They laid drop cloths throughout the house to keep our floors clean.Ken, Bart, and team worked two long days to get us up and running with a new (and safe) combi boiler.Thank you!

Called Balcaen and Sons 6-28-23 in the AM when my HWT drain plug was pouring water into the basement. They had a technician on site by noon who was able to fix the issue, along with a few other problems he found. Paul was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thanks again for the quick service!

I was applying for a new furnace through Efficiency Manitoba.I reached out to a few places to ask some questions about how they are involved in the program. They answered my questions quickly and got me off of the phone.When I called Balcaen & Sons, the first person answering the phone answered all of my questions. She added additional information with how the application process will proceed and next steps.Then I had Mike come out to my house, he took all of the measurements, answered all of my questions, I had many questions for him!! He was so helpful and made sure I understood everything about the new furnace.I was approved quickly for the new furnace, the team came in on time, they were all helpful, kind, and walked me through everything from the thermostat to the furnace filters.They cleaned up my basement and headed out.I can't thank the entire team enough for getting me set up with a high efficiency furnace and an amazing team.Thank you Balcaen & Sons!!!
