The office staff were lovely to work with - they were personable, listened to my needs, and were accommodating.Bring a tape measure with you to measure the space as their digital records may not match the physical square footage.The space was easy to access within their posted schedule.They do a good job with snow clearing for outside storage.When I called the main office to do the initial needs assessment, there were high pressure sales tactics which I didn't appreciate. I kindly let them know my feelings at the time it happened, but they brushed off my thoughts as inconsequential.What changed my mind to choose Access Storage - Winnipeg Chevrier was that the office staff were friendly and answered all my questions.

The staff is amazing! They truly go above and beyond.I am from out of town and had flown into Winnipeg to access my unit on a weekend. Unfortunately, my key was not working and even though this location's office is supposed to be closed on weekends, they sent someone (I believe Dora) to help me on Saturday. We still couldn't access the unit so Dora arranged for the managers (James and CJ) to come in on their Sunday to help me cut the lock and access the unit.Even the lady on the customer service phone line (I forget her name) was very understanding and helpful.Exceptional customer service!

The Manitoba Runners' Association is a non-profit organization that has been a customer of Access Storage (Winnipeg-Hervo St) since 2016. Access Storage has made it very easy to conduct our business of supplying equipment to local road race events and have made it financially possible with special pricing regarding our non-profit status. We have been very happy with the service provided for our large outdoor unit and parking for our two trailers.

Very friendly staff at this location. My needs were not much but they took care of them. It has been positive interactions everytime I have gone. The facility and the lockers were clean and upkept. Two thumbs up.

The bar set by U-Haul on Notre Dame avenue is so low that Access Storage couldn't fail even if the attendant tried to stab me. <3 Winnipeg

Helpful and friendly staff. I know my stuff is safe here, and I don't have any problems going to my unit to pick-up/drop-off items. Plus... official Blue Bombers sponsor! Definitely recommend.
