Rude, unhelpful front end staff.Their tracking also makes no sense. They did not attempt to deliver my package to my door, I received NO delivery notice. The online tracking said Returned to Sender, but according to them that means it was available to pick up and its my fault for not coming in to get it when it said returned to sender.The worst. Typical rude PA service here.Zero stars if I could.

This is one courier service that gets the job done right. The staff are most informed on all shipping of parcels whether in Canada or international. Everytime I've shipped with them they are very helpful and I will continue to use them.

My Package is LATE AGAIN !! Package showed it drove around the city for 12 hours yesterday but never got delivered! The delivery driver usually bombs my package into my yard from 50 ft away smashing everything to hell. Always late and always wrecked with Puralator.

Our parcel arrived on Thursday and message said parcel arrived ready for pickup. They never called and they have delivered to our place several times before. Called them on Friday at 3:00 and asked if there was parcel there for us. She said yes and we asked why they never delivered or why they never called us to let us know. We got i don’t know. My daughter would get her shipment sent back because it was not picked up and was never informed by a phone call that her parcel had arrived . Its a hit and miss with our orders

all the time its happened to me .i m all time home and they never come .and always call for pick up .How do they expect me to pick up my package within five days if I work while they’re open and my break is while they’re closed? If they changed their hours to be not as ridiculous and fifteen minutes longer then I would actually have time to pick up my packages. Not to mention they always get so upset when I say I cannot pick up.

The Purolator driver that typically delivers in my area, Mike is excellent. Last week I had an important package being delivered and although it might be part of his job, he took the extra time to actually call me to see if he could leave it on my doorstep or if he should take it back to the Purolator depot for pick up. This is the second time Mike has called to check in to see what I wanted done with a package and his extra diligence is so appreciated.

Very. Disgusting we were sent a parcel from Canmore Alberta with flowers and other things in the box and it had been frozen and thaw out and everything was ruined. Now Purolater doesn’t want to accept responsibility for the mess up… Merry Christmas!!!

I have been waiting a very long time for my order to get delivered. My sons Christmas presents. I got an email saying my order had been delivered. I was home ALL DAY and not once did I get a knock or door bell ring. I looked outside as soon as I received the email stating it was delivered and there was no package left outside my door. I am extremely upset with this service as I didn’t have a lot of money to spend for Christmas and these were some of the gifts on the pricey side I got for my boys.
