I got in a car accident in Sept 2020 and have been attending treatment at iScope regularly. The staff are always welcoming and greets you very warmly. The therapists there are also very kind and will give you proper treatment. I feel like I am getting close to full recovery after every visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has suffered injuries as they provide one of the best experiences I've seen in clinics.

Don’t waste your time with this clinic. They consistently cancelled appointments. When I finally got an appointment the doctor was so rude. I asked her to re explain something because I couldn’t understand what she was saying because I have a brain injury and she told me I wasn’t listening and acted like my whole appointment was a waste of her time. When I got a different doctor at the clinic she cancelled two appointments and booked it six months later refusing to see me any sooner.

Great place, amazing consultation and expert analysis of my condition and I am feeling much better every visit.

This might be a good center for anyone with a concussion who can't do anything in day to day life but if you're slightly more advanced in the recovery process they aren't helpful. I am functioning but struggling to get back to the way my life was prior to concussion. No one here was able to help. I was quite disappointed in my neurologist consultation. She did nothing but refer me to other people, but wrote on the synopsis that she had told me different things that she hadn't actually gone over with me in the appointment. Also made recommendations that didn't seem to have any basis. Kinesiologist appointment went similarly. Quite a few tests, some of which I asked for a more advanced version (and didn't get), without any treatment for $130. No follow up treatment plan was sent. Nothing was explained. Receptionist was late to open the clinic one day, and submitted my claim wrong initially (she did fix this). The referral organizer wasn't even able to explain to me what a occupational therapist did. She didn't know. Very professional looking building for a not so professional set up.
