We used to support this business for years, Recent interactions shows us that their customer service us really bad and rude. Also they employ their own kind and everyone has similar attitude. Their staff needs better training. We really hope they educate their staff on giving customer service.

I visited here today to get a couple of screws that I needed. I was greeted by a kind lady, who got me what I needed. I got screws in a couple of different lengths as I wasn't sure what the exact length I required would be. I casually asked the lady if they accept returns in case either of the lengths don't fit, and another employee happened to be there in that area. He was rude and curt, shouted at me No exchanges

An old school hardware store with a massive selection. It's a busy place and I found the staff really helpful. I needed four stainless steel machine screws and they gave me the same great customer service as the guys with large orders. My advice: show the staff respect and you will be respected in kind.

Customer service is very unsatisfactory, very rude, shout at customers when asked a question, too lazy to explain or show products. No respect for customers at all and they do not realize that they are dealing with the Canadian Market and making profits. Be respectful when dealing with customers.

This is now my go-to hardware store to get my parts and supplies for home use and for work.The staff now recognizes me and always great me and ask if I need help.Most of the time I just bring one of what I need then tell them how many, and they bag it all up for me.There are no prices listed anywhere but 9 times out of 10 their prices are MUCH cheaper than Home Depot etc.Very helpful and friendly.Even if you don't know exactly what you need, you have to have a good idea and they can pin point the item for you.I'm not a professional" by any means

This place is great overall with the best prices and good selection. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The store advertises that they serve professionals and their no return policy is not a big deal if you’re a professional.

We had the best experience here. We walked in, having been referred from The Metal Supermarket, needing help to figure out everything required to create outdoor curtain rods out of pipe. The staff helped us to choose the materials, figure out the measures, and gave us guidance on how to prep the pipe before installation. They are friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us amateurs. It took them all of 90 minutes to prepare the order (including cutting and threading the various pipes) and ready it for pick up. It was such a great experience. I will absolutely use Hon-Mark again.
