Lisa is amazing. Did a fantastic job on my hair and she is a very nice person to talk to. Really enjoyed it ( i usually dislike salons, but she really turned that around with her service and personality)

The lady who cut my hair was really great, I believe her name was Vicky (First Nations lady with short black hair). She did an awesome job cutting my hair.Taking off a star though since the owner booked my wash/cut/style into a 30min slot — so ended up making Vicky rush like madness and she didn’t end up having time to style. Which is fine but I was still charged for it.65$ for less than an hr seemed quite steep since most nice salons in Vancouver will spend a good hour + to get your style just rightAlso when I booked over the phone the owner didn’t tell me it was cash only, so I had to walk to the bank and back since I didn’t drive there
