I cannot recommend this company. Rude customer service, the lady actually yelled at me. The repair guy did not listen to what I wanted 100% because I am a woman. The work is malfunctioning after less than 4 weeks. Not impressed.

They go out of their way to help their customers

This company so terrible. Just 20 minute works for bolting and charged $400. When I called for some complain, the reception lady was too rude.

The company i work for used to use these guys up until today, I made a service call the other day then today i get a phone call from a lady yelling at me saying shes not sending anyone out to fix our doors because they've already fixed them before....im sorry but how do you call up a client and start yelling at them for no reason, if i ever talked to one of my clients like that i'd be fired....it was the most unprofessional phone call i have ever received and would not recommend this place to anyone...ever ....if google would allow me i wouldn't even be giving one star that's how horrible this lady was

These people are really top notch. The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, the repairs done better than I could have ever hoped for, and the pricing was more than fair. There are no superlatives great enough to recommend these people.

WORST Garage Door Repair Service Experience Ever!!Need your garage door repaired? Think twice before calling this company. Here’s why…I phoned on a Saturday for a price on repairing my mother’s garage door switch. The serviceman I spoke with immediately asked for my address. I told him I’d already phoned another garage door repair company and they told me it’d cost $500 to repair a switch. I told him I thought that was ridiculous.He then started explaining how to release the door so I could close it. Further, he said that I should call back on Monday at 8:30 am to set an appointment. I told him that our door still worked but there seemed to be a problem with the switch because the door kept hesitating. So, I just wanted information on a price - that's all. He said to call Monday if I wanted them to come by.On Saturday we discovered that the sensors at both sides of the foot of the door needed cleaning. Then, everything seemed to be back to normal.For some reason, a Serviceman from this firm showed up at my mother’s residence on Monday around 10:30 am. My mother explained that we didn’t call for an appointment. The Serviceman was a bit pushy and started looking at our garage door, which my mother (85 years) asked him not to.He then gave her a can of oil, which she said she didn’t need. He then went back to his vehicle and came with a paper for her to sign. She assumed she was signing for the oil. The serviceman was there a total of 5 minutes and told my mother she’d receive a bill for $70. When she said he didn’t do anything, he said they charge for travel time. He said their office would call to explain.Our phone service from Rogers was out of order that day. So, on Tuesday my Mother phoned hoping to clear up the situation. Their Administrator was extremely rude to my mother, told she had to pay and then slammed down the phone! My mother ended up in tears.Pissed off, I drove down to the company to give them their unwanted and unasked for can of oil back and some business advice.At first, I went to the address listed on their website which turned out to be a house. Eventually I found their small shop which was locked (in the middle of the afternoon) and I knocked on the door. A girl finally opened it and I calmly explained:- Who I was- That I did not set an appoint for them to come- That their Serviceman was there 5 minutes and “did nothing”- And that we don’t need their oilAfter I gave her their oil back, the girl said she'd was just the receptionist and not responsible. Like her, the serviceman I first spoke to when I phoned said he wasn't a decision-maker. And the serviceman who showed up on Monday also said I'd have to call the office - he wasn't responsible for making decisions. Ugh!Anyway – my recommendation? Find another company. With the amount of stress and hassle they created, I wish I'd never phoned them. I'd give them 0" stars if I could."
