Laundry Lounge

Quite, Clean. My washer broke so I need to wash a load. I paid $3.50 for 1 load of clothes. I was there 35 mins, in and out. Didnt have to use the dryer, used mine at home.

They took out that fast spin machine that gets the extra water out. I'm disappointed with them for that. There were two dryers out of service that evening I went. Other than that, it was great.

So grateful for this place. I was here on vacation and needed to get my clothes done and they took care of it in a timely manner. Thank you! Many blessings and prosperity to you.

So I was doing laundry here today and it is a windy day I had brought a couple metal carts out to my car to gather my laundry as usual and as a normal routine well the parking lot was quite full with limited parking I was forced to park all the way from the door in the back there was a employee they came out and was very rude I did not want a metal cart to blow away whacking somebody’s car so I had wedged my plastic laundry been keyword entirely all plastic laundry been between the metal carts of my car and their car and restraining it from hitting her vehicle which was successful the woman came out very disrespectfully and Rulli barking at me that she did not want anything touching her vehicle my laundry basket was only touching her wheel not the paint not the car and again it is plastic which cannot cause any physical damage or so much is any paint scratch off instead of the woman thanking me for being courteous to putting a bin at her tire well restraining it from the wind taking the cars and hitting her car not on my neck once she really continue yelling at me telling me she did not want anything touching her vehicle I tried calling the laundromat to tell them what had happened and received no answer after a continuous 10 calls The empty space UC is where the car was parked as you see the metal cards are placed against my car with the plastic laundry bin protecting it from moving my basket was solely wedged against her tire nothing else of the vehicle causing absolutely no damage and doing nothing but protecting her car which is a blue mustang

I went to pick up my laundry, wash-n-fold, on Sunday at 9:50 p.m. The hours on the front door say close at 10 p.m. I walked in to pick up my laundry and was told the clerk could not help me because she closed the register for the night. I said to her the door says 10 p.m. close. She looked at me and said well it is 9:50 p.m. and she can close the register at any time. This does not state this anywhere on the door which is very deceiving for customers. Bottom line the door states 10 p.m. close. Very disappointed with the Niagara Falls Laundry Lounge. Not customer oriented.

Dirty. Expensive. The attendant acted like her will to live had been sapped. Come on Google reviewers! Be honest. I’m traveling and needed to do some laundry. Recent reviews said it was clean here. Not so. At all.

Since patrons of laundromat are not allowed to use the bathroom I will go elsewhere. This is the only laundry facility I’ve ever been in that doesn’t allow their patron’s access to the bathroom

Convenient location. Facilities are always clean and in good working order. They have 2 change machines for those in need of quarters for the washers and dryers and even have little cups to keep track of them. A small arcade area is a nice touch for those with kids while killing time. Very large selection of washers and dryers. They also offer dry cleaning and wash and fold service priced per lb. The ladies here are fantastic - we have used the wash and fold during our busy work season or to catch up on wash after traveling or vacationing. Freshly painted interior looks great and really brightens the place up

I used to frequent this laundry mat regularly, but now only need to visit it for doing bulk items or multiple loads in a timely fashion. In the past, I've had such nice interactions with the staff. They were always pleasant and inviting. I was pretty shocked at my most recent visit, when the attendant went out of her way to be rude.

I've been coming here off and on for the last 10 years ever since covid they lock the bathroom door so they're paying customers can't use the restroom.. you usually spend about an hour to an hour and a half here if you're washing and drying your clothing in the past three days with a sick daughter I had to watch the comforters and sheets twice spending close to $35.... 2 days ago I was allowed bathroom use today the lady wouldn't let me use the bathroom I wasn't going to light it up had to do the lesser of two evils but lady wouldn't let me use it even though I politely asked said it's against the owners rules..so 10 years or more coming here you guys have lost my service I'll do my laundry elsewhere... Some ridiculous rules are meant to be broken... If someone has to the bathroom and they're spending hours in your place let them use the bathroom I mean come on...
