Kootenay Savings Salmo has been a refreshing change from the big banks. For the past 25 years we have found in both our personal, and now in our business banking that they have bent over backwards to make things work for us. From being short on cash raising a young family back then to now needing commercial services, they have always been outstanding. Forever grateful to have them working for us.

Am wondering why bank books are hand printed out missing the date and some of the transfers often...why no printer like other banks. I understood the closed Tuesday and Thursday during covid but why now and the hours of operation close way too soon if a working person needs to do any banking like bills or cashing a cheque from work...suggestion open for an extra hour on fridays
