Ottawa Street Pharmacy

They sold me a vaccine that was expired by over a year. The doctor discovered it before administering it. When I went back to return it, they looked through their supply for a non expired one, while putting the vaccine I returned back in the fridge. My assumption is they are still going to sell it. All of this specific vaccine were expired. She acted like it was a brand new shipment, but there’s no way a manufacture made that mistake. The vaccine cost with them was also $85.00. I figured that was normal until I went to another pharmacy that changed $38.00 for the exact same vaccine.

I transferred my file here for my prescriptions and I have to say their service is absolutely amazing and they go over and beyond.

The people here are awesome. The pharmacist is always helpful when it comes to questions about any prescription and he's always vigilant of possible drug interactions. He makes sure all questions are answered and is always kind. The staff that's there always have a welcoming smile and it sets the atmosphere to be the same. I'd definitely recommend. :)

I recently transferred my medications from Shoppers Drug Mart to Ottawa Street Pharmacy and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to understand my medical history and made sure I had all the information I needed about my medications. I had muscle pain from few months and pharmacist told me that it could be the side effect of one of my medication and faxed my doctor about it. The medication was changed eventually and drastically reduce my muscle pain.What really stood out to me was how much the staff at Ottawa Street Pharmacy cares about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my new medications and even followed up with me to see how I was doing. I transferred my file and my family’s files to this pharmacy. Very lovely stuff and professional service. It took 5 minutes to get my 2 prescription done. Especially during this epidemic time, they’re all following the safety regulations and have everything in order. We changed over from Shopper's on Tecumseh Rd. West. I never knew a pharmacy could be so professional and deligent. Never a mistake, always helpful and so very friendly. We would recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Just know that if you are unhappy with your current pharmacy switch over to this one. You will be glad you did.

The staff is fantastic. Always very kind and helpful. The pharmacist Nader is wonderful and always pleasant. He is cautious of drug interactions and wants to be sure you're informed when you leave.
