Nick and his team did great job for exterior waterproofing for my house and his price was very competitive. The process has been very pleasant. Though I need to wait and see if it's working well when the time comes, Nick gave me a comfort that I would be well taken care of. In fact, he spent an extra one day to do the right work for me which I think displays good work ethic and professionalism.

Nick is an expert in detecting and finding the leak. He came to my house and figured out and explained where the leak is coming from, and suggested a less costly route to do waterproofing from inside rather than outside. His work was very laborous but professional and clean, highly recommend him and his crew.

After several quotes and discussions with other contractors I was pleased when Nick from Prime waterproofing came to assess a water issue I was having with my basement window. He could hear the distress in my voice and immediately put me at ease with a logical explanation along with a solution! And was able to come the very next day! What a disaster the previous contractor created, but Nick and his team were diligent about making this window well proper!He explained each step, and advised me of issues when they arose (and quickly)!So that is what a professional company should do right?Where I believe prime delivers exceptional work, is the little things:- the mud that splattered on my yellow siding was wipe away with not one glimpse of evidence that work was done! They took away trees and rocks that other contractors simply left for me to deal with. And lastly and most importantly they did this in the amount of time promised! Making my experience with them grateful!I’m glad to have found prime and wish it would have been my first choice!
