I had no idea this place existed until I decided to float the river. Fabulous, shallow (and subsequently warmer) water with a sandy bottom. Beach is tucked away from the main Hwy, so unless you're looking specifically for it, you won't know it's there.

Great for dogs and kids! Shallow water, most of the season not a strong current. Bring life jackets for the little ones anyway? Great place to get off the water after floating down from Enderby bridge. About an hour float. Designated dog area.

Waterwheel is one of Enderby's best kept secrets! It's the end of the famous river float route and near the end of August it turns into a beautiful beach. Stop and stay after the river float or just come hangout by the water and soak in the incredible view of the Enderby cliffs. One of my favorite spots around!

This was a pretty cool experience for us we took the kids here and we just loved it. Swimming with the current was alot of fun. We had a blast

I love coming here off season with my dog, as there is a nice dog area that we all love to share with our fur babies. However, the water is getting higher, and will soon be at the second gate.
