Unfortunately my personal experience with this company has been pretty brutal overall. I’ll preface this review by saying that I’m giving two stars because the staff are incredibly friendly and very personable.I purchased a pair of standard glasses and sunglasses here in one shot. My standard glasses turned out great, but my sunglasses have been atrocious.I opted for Maui Jim Wraparound Sunglasses which fit amazingly well in the store when trying them on. However, the staff neglected to inform me that my having such a high prescription was going to make for a huge thick lens. When I received the glasses and tried them on properly, it mashed the lens against my eyes, making them practically unwearable. No option to return, refund, swap pairs, etc, was ever offered. After forking out around $1200 for the two pairs, all I get is tips on how to wear them so they balance in front of my eyes and nose instead of comfortably wearing them properly on my face.I get headaches wearing them for more than a couple hours, they hurt my ears and pinch my head trying to wear them as directed, and now to top it all off, when needing a new case for them due to mine breaking, I get told they have nothing in store and that maybe I “can find something online”.Seriously, please do not give them your business. They are friendly and personable but they have no care at all for their customers after the sale has been made.

Great service, fantastic selection. Optometrists on site. One stop eyewear experience. We just picked up our glasses and they were perfect. All the staff are alot of fun and friendly. We'll return for our next eyewear purchase.

Abeer is the most fantastic employee there is! My son has medical issues, and without asking, he set up a private room, sanitized it, and wore a mask to be as careful as he could for our sons health. He was AMAZING with our son and was clear at explaining everything. He went out of his way to make our experience seamless!! I went back 3 months after purchasing the glasses for something else, and he remember my name and my sons! EXCELLENT customer service!! Clean and friendly store. LOTS of selection!! Go here for glasses. And ask for Abeer :)

Lack of communication between eye doctor and receptionist. Optometry office receptionist was rude and unprofessional in dealing with a problem. Instead of listening, she cut me off, constantly and she preferred to listen to herself speak than anyone else. She constantly cut us off and spoke down towards us. And instead of resolving the matter at the store, she turned my family away and said no the program ended already. However, as I discovered by speaking with the eye doctor herself, she told the receptionist to try and see if we would be eligible for the program. So this lack of communication has caused me two trips to the store. She did not seem to care. She actually told me she was too busy for us, she had a patient to service. In fact it was a lie, there were no other patients. She just didn’t want to speak anymore. This was a horrible nightmare. She required me to come into the store again to resolve the issues. So I did. We left the store and she calls my family member that she needed a signature from me. This would be the THIRD time I visit the store. Due to the entire store’s incompetency I have had to go back to the store several times instead of one time. I cannot believe this. They also had my telephone number, they could’ve called me, but instead they chose to call another family member.I would not recommend dealing with the receptionist. The eye doctors are always great here but front staff needs definite improvement.

Kimara was extremely helpful and patient as I tried on about half the glasses in the store. Lots of selection, friendly staff, 10/10 would recommend this store and Kimara.

On August 24. 2022 I came for eyeglasses temples adjustment and Maria Carreon offered wonderful service. Her visual eye was able to pick up my explanation/complaints on how to adjust the temples in order not to damage the distortion in my vision, and correction has been done in seconds it’s great to have person in this store. Maria is great of what she does I will recommend her to people I know. Once again thank you Maria
