Google does route to the back of the hotel, which is the front of the truck stop. Just drive around and you'll get to the parking lot at the hotel's front door.We just stayed one night, so not much to say. It was quiet. We didn't use it, but apparently the hotel connects directly to the truck stop convenience store, so easy access to 24-hour shop without having to go outside! Pool was closed for renovations when we were there, but our room had bubble jets in the bathtub, so that was nice.

The receptionist (a dark-haired man) was very rude and made fun of us. When we left the room we forgot some glasses. We returned the next day and the housekeeping said I didn't find anything, come another day to see if the others found it lousy service and attention and in the same way mocking and being rude. I don't know what use it is for them to keep prescription glasses. The price of the deposit is excessive

I was expecting more..On entering to check in I felt out of place...others checking in had face and throat tattoos ...When I pulled back the covers,the one bed had not been changed....It is in an industrial area..It was not to my liking...I took it for the great price point..Even though it was not to my liking. I compare it to higher price hotels..It's comfortable and convenient..Received a breakfast to go..Coffee and tea 24hours..attached convenience store..Many amenities..but just not for me..

I recently booked a room at a hotel with breakfast included, but unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was quite poor. While the hotel itself was satisfactory, the breakfast experience was disappointing.The breakfast options were limited, and the food that was available was not of the best quality. The bread and pastries were stale, and the fruit on offer did not appear to be fresh. The hot breakfast items were lukewarm at best, and the coffee was watery and tasteless. The breakfast staff seemed disinterested in their job and did not attend to guests' needs.Given that breakfast was included in the room rate, I had expected a better experience. I felt let down by the hotel's failure to provide a satisfactory breakfast, especially since it had been advertised as a key feature of the booking.Overall, while the hotel itself was adequate, I would not recommend booking a room with breakfast included, as the quality of the breakfast was poor. I hope that the hotel will take steps to improve its breakfast offering in the future, as this would enhance the overall experience for guests.Additionally, hotel had a policy of retaining $250 USD as a security deposit at check-in, and I was not pleased with this policy. While I understand that hotels need to protect themselves against any damages or incidents that may occur during a guest's stay, I believe that there are better ways to ensure the safety and security of the property without inconveniencing guests.Firstly, I found the amount of $250 USD to be excessive. This is a large sum of money to have tied up in a deposit, especially for travelers who may be on a tight budget. It can also be frustrating to have this money held for the duration of one's stay, especially if it's needed for other expenses or activities.Secondly, I believe that this policy can create an unnecessary burden for guests. Not everyone has the luxury of having extra funds available to cover a large security deposit, and it can be stressful to have to scrape together the money just to be able to check in to a hotel. Additionally, it can be difficult to get the deposit refunded promptly at check-out, causing further inconvenience and frustration.Finally, I think that hotels should be able to trust their guests to behave responsibly and take care of the property during their stay. Instead of automatically assuming that guests will cause damage or engage in inappropriate behavior, hotels could simply ask guests to sign a waiver acknowledging their responsibility for any damages that may occur. This would be a much more reasonable and guest-friendly approach.Overall, I believe that the hotel I stayed at needs to reconsider its policy of retaining $250 USD as a security deposit at check-in. While I appreciate the need for security measures, I think that there are better ways to achieve this goal without causing undue inconvenience to guests.

Want to doba special thanks to Rome who was working the desk. He went above and beyond. My group got stuck at airport he got us a room for a quick nap and shower before we had to return (of course we paid). Then despite being prior to the breakfast service he had a quick bite prepared for the stranded travelers. Plus no price gouging. Thanks Rome and thanks Super 8

For me the location was great, central for my 5 day stay. Very friendly staff. Free upgrade. Quiet room. It was great to be connected to the truck stop. Easy access to gas, food, and drink. Internet was a little slow, but could still watch videos and live streams. Will stay again with no hesitation.

The rooms were dated and needs updating. The truck stop nearby makes it unwelcoming. The breakfast is given in a bag, like a take out. Not a good spread. Elevators are very slow especially if another guest from a different floor joins you. But it is great value for the price.
