I would give them five stars, if not for poor van service. Be careful if you complain or your 90 year old father needs to go to the bathroom before boarding or help getting seated. Policy is they cut you off their van service, and believe the lies about what the driver said happened and what was said. When it happens to you, complain here, because the public needs to know how they treat seniors and their caregivers, otherwise their bad attitude and poor service will never change.

Way too many politics from within, starting at the top. Every driver will tell you this. Suppossed to be non profit. They gouge odsp charging them double what it should cost in order to pay the office staff. As far as im concerned, a real non profit wouldnt take advantage of those in need. Very little oversight. A nightmare trying to find an outlet to make a complaint.
