The steamed siomai, fried siomai and noodles are tasteless. I ended up throwing all the food that I ordered from this place. The Free Sago is so sweet that you can’t even drink.Such a waste of money.

A friend suggested to try this place out and wow it was amazing! The owner was kind and polite, she suggested to try the half steamed and half fried Soimai, it was so good! Not only was the portion size huge but it was delicious! Defintely coming back to try the noodles and dessert. Highly recommend this place :)

Wandered in and tried the steamed and fried Siomai in Filipino style, for those of you going through avenida hall don't miss this great opportunity for snacking, the fried siomai are crisp and juicy and thier chili mix is amazing! If your lucky like I was you might even meet the owner who runs one of the best stalls in Calgarys Fiesta Filipino

It was delicious and fulfilling, I wish I had more chili garlic sauce because 1 container wasn't enough. If you hate waiting, I would suggest giving them a call ahead of time for pickup.

I really enjoy their fried siomai! I was skeptical at first trying then out because of the other terrible reviews. But I gave them a chance and I'm so glad I did! They are pretty tasty siomai dumplings! I love their lime soy sauce dip that comes with them. They're not small sized either! Great portions for the price you pay :-)

Tried this place because of all the positive reviews and was I ever disappointed. The steamed siomai were falling apart, the garlic sauce was incredibly potent and not something that I have ever seen served with authentic siomai. The filling was bland with no texture. I wanted to like this place, but ended up throwing out almost my entire order.

It was really good. I suggest buy the half steamed and half fried siomai. The green rice they have was a little too pigmented as I expected almost looking like a dessert, but it was still pretty good. Will come back for more for sure! Got other items from other stalls too.

Was craving dumplings and this unassuming stall at Avenida Food Hall did NOT disappoint! So delicious!!! I like the serving size/price ratio too. Can't wait to go back for more.
