This used to be a wonderful location but ever since the new owners took over there have been constant mistakes and rampant inconsistency! I used to visit about once a week... I'm thinking of stopping altogether or driving further to another location. The staff need much better training.

The food was hot and fresh the service sucked! We went to the drive-thru and tried to get her attention to get some ketchup sat there for 2 min trying to get her attention but she didn't even look back after handing the food to see if we needed anything else...

I have a gift card which didnt work during my visit.Instead of trying to solve the problem,manager and one of the employees told me there is no money in it.I tried to explain the situation and had to call the customer service which CONFIRMED there is money in it. Still instead of helping me out. They tried to blame it on me which was HUMILIATING considering there were other customers in the store.They treated me as if I am trying to get a free lunch or something.Customer service told me that the problem is on the restaurants end and I want an apology not on google but I want to a callback!And I will do the same as they did to me in front of others, I will 'educate' them what a gift card is and how it works!!Customer service is already have my number so let me know I will drop by in a rush hour so I can educate the TripleO how gift cards work!

Would have 5 stars but failed to tell me they had no malt vinegar when I ordered poutine with MALT Vinegar ...instaed I was not told and given poutine with white vinegar... situational white not right.

I ordered one breakfast sandwich on Dec 3rd 2022, @ 9am. The customer in front of me was waiting for 10 minutes for a single order. Then I waited 10 minutes even though my sandwich was done and sitting there done (I could see it) The drive thru attendant was dragging her feet, taking her sweet time, going on her phone, talking to the others, filling other orders while My order was just sitting there making me wait for no reason at all. And her attitude was she didn't want to be there. She does not deserve that job. If she doesn't want to work fast, then dont work at a fast food drive thru... Even my husband, mom and dad complain about the service there and we are tired of it. My last time ordering from this location.

We stopped here for drive thru for lunch. This used to be a regular stop but hadn't been in a couple of months. We ordered 2 bigger cheddar bacon burgers combos and upgraded one to a milkshake and one grilled chicken club burger and small milkshake. The bill came to $60. So EXPENSIVE! The shakes were excellent. The burgers were good. We had to wait a while for the food which was ok because it was fresh but the cost was so much! This was close to the same price as a sit down restaurant but all in a bag. I don't think we will be back in a while. Our budget can't afford it

Had to wait 25 minutes for one burger, it's just so frustrating, being on lunch break and have to wait 25 minutes to receive a burger and all we get is we are making a fresh patty.If you do not have food ready to serve, you should let the customer know, that is why we go through drive-thru so we can be served in a timely manner, because we have other priorities to do.I would not recommend this location.

It is brand new. So they need some tweaks to do. Overall food was not bad at all. Better than McDonald's for sure. The only drawback was lack of napkins at the counter.As for location you got 4 for 1. Gas station, little convenience shop, lottery booth and Triple O's. Once they add EV charging station it will be very popular place
