Powerplay Academy

I have been taking my kids to daycare centers for 16 years and my children and I have never been treated worse. The staff are for the most part cold to the children and have the poorest attitudes I have ever seen. If your child is not feeling well or you are running late in the morning and it happens to be later than 9am, you miss your opportunity to drop the child off for the entire day (then you miss a day of work but they still take your $$$$).There are SOOOO many more incidents I could highlight but I think I have made my point. (like I went to pick up my kids and my 2 year was crying on the top of the big slide... he was scared to come down because it started pouring rain really hard. The worker grabbed his arm I am desperately searching for a new daycare at this time to get my poor children out of there. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want your child in a cold, cruel, negative environment with ZERO flexibility and staff with bad attitudes if they choose to not like you . If they don't like you, it is like a mean girl environment where they are all clearly talking about you behind your back... the tension in the air at pick up and drop off is so thick you could cut it with a knife.ZERO STARS

I would not send my child here if it was the last daycare in New Brunswick! They do not allow children to go inside and use the washroom while outside playing ! This causes children to soil their clothes and then they get scolded for doing so. the “playground “ my child was in, could easily be mistaken for a prison yard :( amenities include no toys, old plywood (splinters ) , old cement and no shade ! As a result of this my child came home with multiple injuries (bruises and sun burns )with no explanation or incident report when I asked the teacher! Then of course I reported all of this to the “director” , but they couldn’t direct a ham sandwich, very sad to see our future generation treated like this :(
