MD has the best food, drinks, and atmosphere! If you haven't been here yet, GO! You won't regret it. The workers are very knowledgeable about their food and drink menus, and will give you the perfect recommendations! The service is also outstanding, I always get consistently amazing service and hospitality. And what makes this place even better is that it's locally owned - you can tell that a lot of heart goes into all aspects of this distillery.Side note, their lemoncello vodka is seriously so good! The only sipping vodka I'll have now!

We came in quickly to try a few vodkas and grab some Christmas gifts. We ended up staying all night the staff (Serena and Dana) were amazing. We had some delicious food and fun drinks. This place is a definite must try. Its a hidden gem, small and cozy but with huge personality. I can't wait to come back. Thank you for the spontaneous night!

We had a girls afternoon of tasting MD’s gins and vodkas. It was a fun, informative afternoon. The passion the owners have for their process and their products is obvious, from beginning to end. I would recommend booking a tasting if you’re looking for something different to do. We especially loved the sour cherry, maple, mint and lemon vodkas!

Such an amazing place with the best sipping vodka I have ever had. Seriously. It's so delicious. You can tell that this family owned business puts their heart and soul into this restaurant. Also, I greatly appreciate their many gluten free options. I just signed up to receive a DIY cocktail kit" as a Mother's Day gift and the presentation and value is incredible. Shout-out to Olivia - she goes above and beyond as the manager."

I came here to taste some of the Vodkas and they were absolutely delicious! I bought myself a bottle when I left. The staff were very kind and checked on us often. The food was absolutely delicious and complimented the vodkas. However just a few suggestions for improvement: firstly, it was a dissapointment to find out during my visit that we were not allowed to access the whole menu. Although a smaller menu was available, it didn't include the food that I wanted to taste. In addition, they didn't allow me to make any cocktails with my selected vodkas, so I feel like I wasn't able to get the full experience of the beverage. Lastly, when paying, my girlfriend and I agreed to split up the bill by drinks and food, however the server didn't split it up the right way and put some of the drinks on the food bill and by the time we had caught this error, it was too late to switch the items. I definately want to come back here in a month or so when they are more well established and have a fuller menu available.

MD Distillery is amazing! Their food menu is loaded with phenomenal options. The creative bartenders made the best cocktails with their in-house distilled products. All staff and management are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I love going to MD Distillery for dinner and taking bottles of my favorites home (especially the Rhubarb Gin and Sour Cherry Vodka). Still ONE bottles have taken over my bar cart! I recommend MD Distillery to everyone I know!

This place is awesome! The drinks are incredible, the service is perfect. If you've ever wanted to go to a distillery but weren't sure which one to check-out - this is the one. Plus the mothers day Mama's Lemonade gift basket was incredible. My wife loved it. Stay for a handcrafted cocktail and the charcuterie and leave with a bottle or 4. I won't judge!

Edit: We’ve been back 3 or 4 times now. The spirits are amazing, cocktails are simple and delicious, and the food is always great. Highly recommend the prawns!An amazing dinner experience in St. Albert! The dinning area has a great vibe. One of the owners/distillers came by the tables with samples of his latest batches and asked for feedback on the flavour, the chef also stopped by the table. The cocktails were creative and well made. Of course the vodka was great. The food was amazing, you can certainly tell that the food is made with expertise and care. We’ll be going back!
