Shoe Masters Londonderry

I have been taking my shoes and handbags to this shop for years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good shoemakers are a dieing breed. I highly recommend these folks as they do excellent work.

Due to childhood Polio I needed a shoe built up. I live 6 hours from Edmonton and communicated with Shoemasters Londonderry via email and pictures to explain what I needed done to my new shoe. They were very professional, gave me a cost estimate, asked lots of questions and showed the buildup in progress. I am so very pleased with the result. The buildup suits my needs well. It was a pleasure to deal with Shoemasters. Will definitely be returning, and don’t hesitate to recommend these skilled craftsmen.

They are certainly very rude, I simply asked if there was an item I wanted to get that was returnable and they werent very polite. And as I thought I forgot something, I went back to ask and they were like: No! Never returning.

I bought these Florsheim kenmoor oxfords in 2017; I love them- they are for work, this was my first time getting shoes repaired, as in the past I typically bought cheaper shoes that seemed disposable. However after spending decent money on a good pair of oxfords I didn’t want to buy new ones due to the craftsmanship and quality of the materials. after 4 years- sole was worn out and I called shoe masters. Kieu was thoroughly professional and did some amazing work with restoring the heel and reconditioning my shoes he gave me an education and provided helpful tips in how to better care for them. highly recommended if you are looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. As a first time customer I really felt taken care of and was amazed at the finished product. I wish I had some before pics to show.

Amazing work! They fixed my husband's work shoes as good as new. Very friendly staff and quite patient. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a shoe repair.

Excellent service. Where everyone said no they said yes. Remember people they don't just fix shoes. Zipper broke on my favorite backpack and they were able to make it new again. Great service and quality work.

Amazing experience at Shoe Masters Londonderry. I brought my boots in, after previously bringing to another shoe repair business (not naming names) which they did not last long. The kind individual working there fixed my boots FOR FREE and told me to try it out and let me know how it goes". I was blown away by the kindess and professionalism exhibited by this establishment and will DEFINITELY be back for any and all future shoe repairs in the future. The professionalism, efficiency, and overall quality of the service were beyond my expectations.Quang and his team took the time to understand my needs and showed great expertise and skill when providing solutions to my situation.Quang provided a quick turn around time cutting a new key into my new lock and they had a wide variety of keys to choose from. Quang had even taken the time to make sure each of my keys worked before giving them to me.Quang was very kind and polite and very knowledgeable about the services he was providing. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back whenever I am in need of him and his team's services.
