3 day shipping right out the window. Terrible service, package Departed Terminal from Kelowna Nov 9, 2022,Arrived at Terminal Prince George Nov 21, 2022, then tracking said it arrived again in Prince George Nov 22, 2022Then they called me Nov 30, 2022 in the morning and said I will recieve my package that day. It never showed up not even a phone call. I called them today 12/01/2022 they don't know where it is. LOL.

They delayed the delivery and at last they are asking me to pick the parcel up. The parcel had several things with short term life that are ruined now. Worst delivery services

I truely don't understand how a national company like DHL which has amazing service everywhere else allows such incompetence at one of its outlets. Litterally fraud and corruption. Trying to charge you for shipping costs already paid to dealers, refusing to deliver. What does it take for them to realise they need to fire and replace everyone. A delivery service that doesn't do its core business line.

Their office closes at 1PM, I arrived at 1:01PM hoping they can grab a parcel I wanted to be picked up and the lady at the desk told me she just turned off her scanner and she could not help me. Their costumer service is a joke, and waste of space.

Horrible hours, they don't actually deliver to your house so expect to pick up the package yourself but of course they are only open from 9am -1pm on weekdays so good luck getting your package if you work regular hours. I do not recommend, terrible service and bad hours.

Zero stars if I could. Lies and useless staff.I received the sorry we missed you paper and it said they would try again today. No time frame left. I waited ALL day for the package, 430pm. I finally called the number and asked how long. Oh it was NEVER loaded for delivery today. But it will probably be out tomorrow. But stay home just incase
