The new guy, he don't know what he is doing. He need proper training.Today I just send a letter mail to the Canada under 50 grms I place 1.34 postage, he argue with me and add morePrinted postage. After I payment I sawIn the Canada post website the postageWhat I place was right, I told them andShow him the Canada post web site thePostage rate , and asked him for theVoid the additional postage he refuseTo do that he said call the Canadapost.It was mistake from him , why should I call. Very bad customer service.He don't deserve even one stat.

. Richard, the post office clerk, was incredibly rude. I tried to ask the same question to him a few times, however, he just continuously spoke over me and would not even answer the question. Isn’t answering customer questions a part of being in customer service? Additionally, he tried to tell me that Canada Post does not accept payments for taxes and duties online. One quick google searched proved this was incorrect information. Poor experience all around.
