Cartier Place Suite Hotel
The staff here are excellent and super friendly! I was here for a work event which also took place in the hotel conference area and everyone was lovely. The rooms are a bit dated but they have everything you need and I like that there was an actual balcony to get lots of fresh air. You're close to Elgin Street which is a great place to grab coffee or a meal.

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
A little dated but clean and well maintained. Biggest down is the underground parking. It's tight with low ceilings. A pickup or large SUV won't fit. Biggest up. Location and apartment style accommodations. Easy walk to shop, dining, and attractions. The in suite kitchen with fridge, stove, and dishwasher was s real money saver for our family.

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
Came to Ottawa for a bachelor party. It's good for what we needed. Room had a decent size fridge/freezer which was nice to not have to worry about ice for beer. Older hotel but it was clean.

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
Pros: reasonable rates, pool, hot tub, suite with kitchen (if desired), TV, wifi, friendly staff, great location, parking, restaurant/bar on site, balcony.Cons: rooms are a bit older, beds could be a bit more comfortable, although the single beds were quite good and the pull out couch mattress was actually quite good.The kitchen did not have a lot of crockery and lacked some basic items like a cutting board and a large knife in order to prepare meals.Overall we would recommend it on that basis.

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
Staff were really friendly and helpful, the location is great- really close to Parliament Hill and restaurants like Johnny Farina, as well as other attractions like the museum of nature- all within walking distance. The room was spacious, though we had a pullout sofa, it was quite comfy. Great place.

Parking is underground, which is nice if you can fit, strongly suggest you bring the smallest vehicle you can. Make sure you actually get directions to your room, there are multiple places you can end up that isn't where you are supposed to be, same building, but nope, not your room.

Pros : kids playroom , dog friendly ish, good locationCons : very outdated, outlets not working or falling apart / fire hazards everywhere - pool was foggy and smelled, staff was rude when asking to open kids room - sign says 6:30 but they wouldn’t unlock it til 9….There’s no playground as advertised. Dog friendly but there’s no where nearby for your dog to do his business.THE ROOMS ARE TINY ! - we got a 2 bedroom suite and it was so tight for 5 people and a dog. No room to sit.Parking fee 35$/night never mentionedGiven 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days.Ac didn’t work properly.All sign for amenities wasn’t correct.There is no restaurant as advertised it onlyOpens for dinner - no breakfast included.Shortstaff for cleaning -Limited and tight parking for pickups and vansWould NOT recommend ! Won’t be back
