I had an ear infection and i simply asked for ear drops. He prescribed me with anti inflammatory cream. And said it would heal. Days later i still had the infection. Finally i gave up on this location. An ear infection requires ear drops. Sorry he didn't understand what an ear infection is.

Good day everyone at Court Street Pharmacy! I wanted to thank you all for such kindness, professionalism and always having my best interests at heart. To anyone who wishes to feel like part of a family who cares about you personally and not just another dollar sign. I Definitely suggest this Pharmacy. Not to go into too much detail of the gross incompetence of a once beloved Big Chain Pharmacy. I could no longer or for the same reason my physician, well, we needed to find a competent, friendly staff. Like I mentioned I was not going to get into detail on those issues. The GREAT NEWS IS COURT STREET PHARMACY IS TOPS!!!Thank youLove sent to you All ♡

Don't go here unless you want your constitutional rights violated.I went in to renew my birth control prescription from Dr Crystler in the adjacent walk in clinic. I take a specific brand, Portia. Its the only one I've ever taken and have never had an issue getting it from any other pharmacy. When I gave the pharmacist my prescription, I could very clearly see the Portia packages on their shelf. When the pharmacist gave me my package, she did so very quickly and didn't offer me any other information, so I thought all was good. Halfway home, I checked my package and discovered that the pills they gave me were from a different brand, Ovima, and that the pharmacist had even changed my prescription to this other brand that I had never heard of without informing me. When I went back in, without even looking at me, one of the pharmacists just shouted from behind the counter that it was the same pill as my usual one and stated that Portia had officially changed their brand name to Ovima. They all then dismissed me and offered no further explanation. I was uncomfortable with this since Dr Crystler had given me a prescription for Portia. I proceeded to call Dr Crystler (the doctor whose clinic is attached to this pharmacy) and he told me to ensure that we do not trust these pharmacists because they will just give me whatever they want to instead of whats best for the patient. When I went back and spoke to the pharmacist that filled my prescription and informed her that I didn't feel comfortable with what she gave me and wanted my prescription back so that I could go elsewhere to get it filled , she then informed me that actually they had both brands, but she decided to give me Ovima. Her reason was that Portia was no longer covered by the government and Ovima is, so she just decided to give me that instead of consulting me. At this point the pharmacist was caught in a lie because they had previously told me that Ovima was the new name for Portia, and now they told me that they were different and that they had both but if i wanted Portia, I had to pay the difference because it was no longer completely covered. I said that they should have told me this, because I would have paid the difference. I asked for her to give me Portia and said that I would pay. So she goes to the back to fill my initial prescription and when she comes back she quietly and quickly tells me she just found out that Portia was always covered by the government and that there wasn't going to be a charge. This is a pharmacist that has now lied to me and changed her story three times, each in response to me having poked holes in her previous lie. She would rather ruin her reputation as a credible pharmacist than to own up to the fact that she were trying to push a drug on me that they would make more money on, without even informing me that they changed my prescription and no explanation if there were any side effects. They also didn't even give me to option to refuse. As a Canadian citizen, I have particular rights, such as the right to refuse consent for any treatment, the right to participate in health care decisions, the right to ask questions and express concern, the right to have a health care professional explain treatments to me. They violated all of these rights. How was I meant to offer consent if the information they gave me was blatantly false and how was I meant to deny treatment when I wasn't informed of changes made that could potentially cause me physical harm. Not only is this a pharmacy that does not care about the medical rights and safety of their patients, they are also making a mockery of the constitutional rights allowed every citizen of this country. If I could give them no stars, I would.
